Alien Force

Alien Force is set 5 years after the events of the original series in which Ben has taken off the Omnitrix to have a normal life. But that wouldn't make for a very interesting show so for the sake of the plot, Ben is forced to put it back off to fight an alien invasion (Thank Arceus- wait wrong show fu-). Anyway you'd think it would be easy but with a new show comes new aliens and the old ones don't make many appearances. These new aliens are superior to the old ones in terms of versatility and most of them are essentially fusions of the old ones.

Ben Tennyson

Personality

In those 5 years Ben has matured greatly. He doesn't really care about showing off and only put the Omnitrix back on because Max had gone missing. Though he still has an extremely large ego (whenever he saves the planet he brags to Gwen and Kevin), it does not normally lead to him making careless mistakes like he did in the original series.

Strengths and Abilities

In Ben 10 Returns Ben was able to trick and fend off a DNAlien using the resources on hand.
According to Paradox in Paradox, Ben has an "innate sense of metaphysics" and Ben proves this throughout the episode by being able to figure out that Paradox doesn't have a time machine, "he has a map" of space-time and he was easily able to figure out that there was a parallel version of Paradox the moment he saw him. He was also able to realize that Paradox must stay stuck in time because he's "saved the world dozens of times".

In Paradox Ben proves that he has retained his intuitive thinking as he realized that the Trans-Dimensional Being was Paradox's assisstant Hugo from the way it acted.

In Be-Knighted Ben is revealed to be adept in hand-to-hand combat.

In Darkstar Rising Ben showed good deductive (or inductive if you prefer) reasoning as he was easily able to figure out who Darkstar was from his powers and the fact that Darkstar knew who he was.

In Voided Ben was able to dodge three lasers being fired at him in a very small period of time (1.96 seconds).

In the same episode Ben displayed an excellent memory as he was easily able to recognize a shirtless Dr. Animo, who he hadn't seen for five years and wasn't exactly a threat, as D'void.

In the same episode Ben gets spars with Pierce. He doesn't use his Omnitrix wanting it to be a 'fair' fight and loses. However, Max is surprised by this and Ben practically states that he let Pierce win. This is proof that Ben isn't completely helpeless without the Omnitrix.

In Birds of a Feather Ben was able to overpower an arachnachimp named Simian. He only lost the fight when Simian used his webbing to throw him into the wall. Even then Ben was still able to outsmart Simian.

In Vengeance of Vilgax after trying to hack the Omnitrix, the Omnitrix exlodes while Ben is still attached to it. Ben may rely on his Omnitrix for combat but his human form can still tank a point blank explosion.

Ben's durability is also shown in the next episode, Inferno, where he survives being trampled on by a stampede of Pyroxivors.

In Singlehanded Ben showed that he was strong enough to push a large rock that was as big as himself.
In the same episode Ben was able to outrun three matured Vulpimancers. Unfortunately due to external problems Ben made a noise which drew them to his position. Fortunately due to the same external issues Ben transformed into Big Chill.

In Primus Ben was able to outsmart Vilgax, who obtained the Omnitrix, by turning him into Goop and then shutting of the Anti-Gravity Projector.

In Above and Beyond Ben was able to move fast enough to dodge laser fire and was even was able to disarm Manny Armstrong, a tetramand who should have no trouble dealing with a normal human.

Ben is a natural born leader. When he loses the Omnitrix, Kevin still turns to him for "the plan" despite Ben having no powers.

In the episode Duped Ben was able to move fast enough to make it up a flight of stairs in less than two seconds without Gwen noticing (who was sitting righ next to him).

Also in the same episode Ben showed that he was smarter than he let on when a sensitive copy of himself uses a larger vocabulary and display a greater sense of understanding of what is happening.

According to himself Ben in Fused was able to pull off four all-nighters in a row. In the same episode Ben was able to avoid being attacked by Ra'ad who had just materialized out of thin air. This is especially impressive considering he only had a couple hours sleep.

In Map of Infinity Ben proved to be remarkebly durable for an ordinary human. While he was racing to the Rust Bucket 3 as Cannonbolt he timed out. Unfortunately this meant he landed on the planet that was half frozen and half molten lava. Ben was unfortunate enough to land on the equator which meant when he came to hlf of himself was a sunburn which is remarkable considering he should have died.

Ben's intuitiveness appeared again in Deep when Ben was the first to actually tame some of the aliens and use them to fight the others. In the same episode Ben tanked a radioactive laser blast to the chest and a slab of stone falling on top of him.
In Where the Magic Happens Ben demonstrated he had a great memory as he was able to remember six magical symbols (that he hadn't seen before) and the exact order that they were in to find Aggregor's destination.

In the same episode Ben also demonstrated how smart he was. He was able to win 20 questions by guessing what Kevin was thinking using only one question. The question was "Is it bigger than a bread box?" in which Kevin answered yes and from that Ben was able to gues the correct answer which was... "An Incursean battle cruiser with ion drive".

Ben's intuitiveness really shines in the episode Perplexahedron where he is able to quickly figure out that the Perplexahedron had artificial gravity despite the fact that from his perspective it would be just like walking on Earth. He was able to figure out that the rooms of the Perplexahedron were moving and was able to prove it by getting Gwen to lay down a mana breadcrumb trail. When the trail was gone after going through one room, he was proven right and Gwen even admits that he's never wrong about this kind of stuff. He was quickly able to figure out how to get out of a room full of lasers after noticing that they feflected off of mana. He was strong enough to suport himself and Gwen in a wind tunnel for a little while. Later in the episode Ben was able to identify the pattern of the Perplexahedron and deduced that the heavily guarded rooms were signs that they were getting close to the last piece of the Map of Infinity. He does successfully find it but unfortunately his chronic heroic disorder allows Aggregor to get the last piece of the map.

In ...Nor Iron Bars a Cage, Ben was easily able to recognize a symbol and deduce where Ultimate Kevin was going next.

In The Enemy of my Enemy Ben showed that he was capable of piloting a supersonic jet and he was able to pilot this jet to the Plumber's Academy which is outside of Earth. The escape velocity for Earth is 11.2 kmps (25,805 mph) or 33 times the speed of sound. In the same episode Ben was able to easily figure out that Argit had simply shut off his pulse instead of actually being dead.

In Absolute Power Ben was easily able to figure out Darkstar's plan to use the energy Kevin stole for himself.

In Eye of the Beholder Ben was able to tank a laser. This laser was able to cause Bez-el (a Galvanic Mechamorph) intense pain, yet Ben was just knocked unconcsious and then recovered less than a minute later.
In Victor: The Spoils Ben was easily able to disarm Prince Gyula.

Likely due to his Anodite heritage Ben has shown some minor psychic powers typically when he's sleeping. One example is in the Original Series in the episode Ghostfreaked Out where he has a dream involving Ghostfreak escaping the Omnitrix and taking over him foreshadowing the events of the episode. Not only that but he is also able to perceive events that even Gwen couldn't have perceived at the time. Another example is in the Ultimate Alien episode Revenge of the Swarm where Ben has a dream foreshadowing the nanochips return (again foreshadowing the events of the episode). Furthermore Ben is easily able to wake up when he is endangered such as when Ra'ad attacked him in Fused.

In Basic Training though Ben was a lousy shot he was still fast enough to dodge laser fire and was able to create a distraction so that Kevin, Gwen and Tack could regain their advantage. Later in the episode Ben once again showed his resourcefulness and memory by telling Tack to "greet Kolar... with great respect". This was code for Tack using his ability to extend his neck to headbutt Kolar. This ability is something anyone would pass off as useless yet Ben was remember it which allowed him to save a hostage and this had been after roughly one week at Plumber's Academy presumably without Tack showing this ability again. Additionally Ben was able to pass the Plumber's test with flying colors; scoring a 95 out of 100. Not only that but he was also awarded a medal for "demonstration of a plumber's most essential attribute: the ability to exercise latitude and creativity in problem solving".

In Ben 10,000 Returns Ben himself was able to dodge one of Eon's time rays and use him as a lift to jump several meters into the air before turning into Jetray.

In Prisoner Number 775 is Missing Ben was the only one smart enough to figure out Prisoner Number 775's camoflauge powers and tht he was tricking Gwen into letting the forcefield down.

As shown in Greetings from Techadon Ben did prove to be tactical and level headed when he lead the Techadon robot away from the city so that innocent bystanders wouldn't be hurt. In the same episode Ben realised that the Techadon robot was targeting him through the Ultimatrix symbol on him.

In The Flame Keeper's Circle Ben was smart and discreet enough to open up a communications channel so that Gwen and Kevin would hear Vilgax's plan.

In Double or Nothing Ben was able to dodge a flamethrower and was completely unaffected by the heat.

In The Ultimate Sacrifice Ben was able to tank one of Ultimate Echo Echo's sonic blasts. While not initially impressive, remember that regular Echo Echo's sonic blasts even indirectly are able to disorient superhumans such as Gwen and Kevin yet Ben showed no signs of disorientation and he was also slammed into a wall. He was then able to turn into Ghostfreak.

In The Mother of All Vreedles Ben was easily able to have a conversation with Ma Vreedle, on top of a spaceship, in the outer atmosphere, wearing only a Plumber's Suit. This may not sound impressive but bear in mind that Ben wasn't actually protected from the affects of being at such a high altitude. He was only really wearing it so that he didn't get blown off the ship. When the RB3 got blown out of the sky it was going at such a velocity that it was burning up and Ben was perfectly able to function at this altitude with no problems.

Later in the episode Ben also demonstrated that he was good at manipulating people (well people with below average intelligence at least) when he was able to trick Ma Vreedle into letting go of his hand so that he could use the Ultimatrix.

In A Knight to Remember Ben himself was able to disarm a Forever Knight (without much effort). Ben then put his deducing skills to work and easily found out that Old George (the first knight and founder of the Forever Knights from the Medieval Ages) was still very much alive. Later in the episode Ben endured a laser blast and was only knocked unconscious.

In Solitary Alignment Ben's will is shown when he is shown the Diagon. Diagon's appearance was so horrifying that it made Gwen and Kevin crawl up into the fetal position. While Ben was scared, he was still standing and had this been a real battle, he likely would've tried to fight it.

In Inspector 13 Ben was able to dodge a laser in close proximity, tank the resulting explosion (even though it was indirect) and was had enough strength to climb up a metal claw (after it had nearly crushed him). While being hunted by Inspector 1 and unable to transform Ben dodged yet another laser.

In Couples Retreat Ben's powers of observation are brought up yet again when he is able to notice the exact symbol that was on Darkstar's palm to allow the team back into Ledgerdomain.

In Catch a Falling Star Ben was able to hold his own against Captain Nemesis, a fully grown man. Granted Captain Nemesis wasn't wearing his battle suit but that's why Ben didn't go alien. Later in the episode Ben revealed he was a bit resilient when it came to injuries. During a fight with Captain Nemesis Ben got his arm broken. Not even 24 hours later, he pulls some stitches but continues to keep going to find Captain Nemesis. Though this may due to the fact that Ben appear to have a healing factor. It typically takes 6-8 weeks for a broken arm to fully heal yet not even 24 hours after braking it (and pulling some stitches mere minutes before the fight) Ben is already able to use his 'broken' arm to hit the Ultimatrix without any signs of pain. This is also shown when Eatle doesn't have a broken arm yet hours earlier Swampfire had a broken arm due to the Ultimatrix passing over any injuries Ben sustains to the aliens (or visa versa). Though after the fight Ben was holding his arm indicating that it's still 'broken'. Still its in much better shape than it should be.

In The Beginning of the End Ben was able to knock out a Forever Knight (wearing powered armor) with a single punch before going Goop.

Ben has a knack for thinking ahead. In Absolute Power despite the immediate threat being Ultimate Kevin Ben realized that Darkstar would betray them and take Kevin's power for himself. In The Ultimate Enemy despite fighting an extra-dimensional threat who was able to defeat his most powerful practical transformation Ben still realized that Vilgax could easily join the fray again and told Gwen to save her mana.

Despite him taking a serious level in dumbass in Omniverse, Ben does have his moments. He was able to easily identify the 'Shakedown machines' and was knowledgeable enough to know that they had enough destructive capacity to take down an entire city. In the same episode he was fast enough to dodge laser fire.
Additionally Ben was able to remember the hovercraft from earlier in the episode and how it had no brakes before using it to his advantage to hit Buglizard. It didn't work but still.

In A Jolt from the Past it seems Ben's gained quite a reputation. The mere sight of him is usually enough to drive off any petty criminals with common sense. One example is when robotic crustaceans were eating a car, Ben only had to look at them for them to spit out the materials and start fixing the car. When he was chasing another criminal for stealing a bag, the criminal was able to escape long enough to return said bag. In the same episode Ben was able to tank a trash can exploding. Later in the episode Ben was able to trip a man up which gave Rook the opportunity to send him flying into the wall. Ben then had to outrun a giant missile and though he kinda did, the resulting explosion was enough to send him flying.
In Of Predators and Prey: Part 2 Ben was smart enough to piss Khyber off to so that he had an opening to untie himself. Ben was also smart enough to stage a fight with Rook so that they could track Khyber to his ship. He was also durable enough to be slammed into the wall by Crabdozer. Ben also survived being eaten by Crabdozer before being spat back out.

In Outbreak Ben did prove useful when it came to strategy as he was able to identify the Plumber Base's power core and determine that by shutting it down would prevent the Null Void Projector from overloading. He also determined the safest route to go. When Psyphon outgambited him Ben proved useful by saying every one of the aliens weaknesses so that the team could defeat Psyphon's gang.

In Many Happy Returns Ben was able to stand in front of a collapsing, burning building without even flinching.

In Malefactor Ben was able to figure out that there was something more to Khyber's plan and realized that it was all a big distraction.

In Bros in Space Ben describes transforming into aliens as akin to "a long stretch". Bare in mind that some of his transformations involve but are not limited to, Ben being liquefied, set on fire, growing extra limbs and being drastically changed at the molecular level. Later in the same episode Ben demonstrated that his aim had considerably improved since Basic Training as he was able to shot a Muroid on his first attempt using a weapon he had never used before. In the same episode Ben was able to redirect a "star destroyer" so that the death laser didn't hit the planet it was aiming for.

In Ben Again Ben (undoubtedly using Toon Force) was able to move faster than the eye could track. It was only about 5 metres but the fact that he was able to move that distance when he was surrounded by no less than four people and not a single one of them noticed him move that distance is still pretty impressive.
A much more realistic 'feat' is him being smart enough to send Gwen to go find him at the exact date and time due to knowing that his 11 year old mind would be in his 16 year old body. He was also smart enough to plant a "treasure map" to get his 11 year old mind to go where he wants him to go. This treasure map was so well constructed that it involved map co-ordinates as well as the name of the alien 11 year old Ben would have to use to get the next "hint".
In Special Delivery when he realised brute force alone wouldn't beat a dwarf-star powered Psyphon, Ben was able to adapt to the situation and use one of his more 'unique' aliens.

In Tummy Trouble Ben was able to stand on top of the Proto-Truk while it was flying at high velocity without even wearing a Plumbers Suit before turning into Water Hazard.

In The Frogs of War: Part 1 Ben was able to endure being sat on by Emperor Milleous with no significant injuries and it happened more than once.
In The Frogs of War: Part 2 Ben was able to escape his escape pod through observational skills and his ability to apply them in real life. I should also mention that he was in this space pod for at least a few weeks and as such Ben should be severely malnourished.
In Food Around the Corner Ben was able to dodge a laser blast before turning into Rath.

In Return to Forever Ben was able to dodge several laser blasts before turning into Rath. Later in the episode he was also able to identify Jimmy from across the riverbank.
In A Fistful of Brains Ben was able to dodge Ultimate Albedo's lightning blasts and use it to destroy the ship's cloaking device.
In Max's Monster Ben was able to endure a high intensity laser blast which was also electrocuting him for five seconds. This laser blast was generated by Phil who had just absorbed electricity from Shocksquatch, AmpFibian and the Plumber's power core and the only negative side effect was Ben being rendered unconscious.
In Collect This Ben was able to bring down a matured Lenopan by simply gripping his hand. He was also able to dodge several of Collectimus' lasers and was able to talk Collectimus into calming down for a smoothie. Ben was also able to manipulate Collectimus into giving up the Earth by appealing to his collecting nature. In doing so Ben actually owns the planet now.

And Then There Was Ben its not clear but Ben may have had the foresight to keep No Watch Ben safe knowing that he himself would be killed in the fight. Additionally when faced with a Chronosapien Time Bomb, Ben resisted being erased from existence and wasn't wiped out until 13 seconds later. That may not sound impressive but even Atomic-X who was a fusion of Atomix and Alien X was erased immediately after coming into contact with the explosion. Ben on the other hand was able to give No Watch Ben his Omnitrix and a motivational speech to go along with it.

After being brought back into existence by Clockwork in And Then There Were Ben Ben was able to take a zap from Buzzshock and was then able to dodge Clockwork's time ray.

In Cough It Up Ben was able to easily dodge SevenSeven's laser fire.

In Rook Tales Ben observed Kundo's hatred for technology and came up with a plan to lead Kundo into a place full of it so that his team could escape.

In The Color of Monkey Ben was sent flying by an explosion but was no worse for wear.
In It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World Ben served as a surprisingly competent mentor to Ben 23 and was also smart enough to figure out how to defeat Way Big.

In A New Dawn Ben figured out that the Omnitrix had a failsafe to protect him from harm as well as the fact that Maltruant is stuck in a time loop and was able to use both these facts to his advantage. He's also instrumental in the creation of the universe so there's that.

Weaknesses

Though he doesn't rely on it as much, Ben still relies on the Omnitrix quite a bit in combat. This is best demonstrated in the Ultimate Alien episode where Ben failed to hit his target during shooting practice even though Gwen and Kevin were easily able to do so. However Ben doesn't seem to be taking it seriously (even going so far as to try and shoot without looking at the target) while Gwen and Kevin are.

Ben's left eye twitches when he lies (not that it matters in combat).

Ben's huge ego could be considered one. For example in Vreedle Vreedle, Ben expected a court trial to end just because he saved the universe and was asking the judge for a favor. He ended up breaking the judge's table which crushed him and he still thought he could talk himself out of it (So what if it actually worked?).

Additionally Ben has shown to be reckless on occasion as such in Basic Training when he nearly got into a fight which would've gotten him thrown out of the Plumber's Academy. Notable because Kevin had to hold him back.

While Ben almost always has some variation of the Omnitrix on hand and while each have a counter measure in some way to prevent Ben being killed, I'm afraid not even the most powerful counter measure can protect Ben's soul and this is how Charmcaster was able to kill him in Enemy of my Frenemy. Additionally as shown in And Then There Was None Ben doesn't have an alien to counter directly being erased from existence so there's also that.

According to himself in Blukic and Driba Go to Mr. Smoothy's Ben is allergic to peanuts. This likely doesn't carry over to his alien forms but he doesn't want to take the chance.

Ben has a short attention span, as shown in Showdown Part 1.

It seems that Ben's fear of clowns has relapsed as of Something Zombozo This Way Comes, then again who wouldn't be afraid of Zombozo?

Omnitrix (re-calibrated)

Now I did cover the Omnitrix in the last post but now its recalibrated and there may be some differences between this version and before recalibration though one thing that hasn't changed is its ability to change the user into different aliens.

The time-out time seems to have increased since the original series. As shown in Ben 10 Returns: Part 1 Ben was able to remain as Swampfire to fight several DNAliens, Forever Knights and Kevin in which he got his arm torn off, crushed under a metal container and was able to still able to remain Swampfire when Kevin regained consciousness. An even better example is in Alone Together in which Ben is able to remain in Swampfire for at least an hour (at least the duration of a sunset and the start of night) and only changes back when Ben manually times out. While one can argue that its a different planet; that argument goes down the toilet when Ben's human form is able to survive on it meaning:

  1. Its gravitational field is the same or similar to Earth's.
  2. The planet does have oxygen so Ben can breathe without wearing a space suit.
  3. Its distance from its star is relatively the same as the distance from Earth to the sun meaning its days are about the same as Earth days.

As shown in Ben 10 Returns: Part 2 any damage that Ben's aliens sustain in battle affects Ben himself (not sure how that works with aliens who can regenerate).

In Max Out the Omnitrix was able to talk to Ben through a voice modifier.

In Max Out the Omnitrix displayed the ability to fix genetic mutations such as Xenocytes. This ability was used again in Inside Man to fix a fully mutated DNAlien named Tyler. He then did this again in War of the Worlds to cure an army of DNAliens though this was taxing on himself. The most impressive use of this feature is when Ben uses it to cure ALL Highbreed in the galaxy of genetic damage.

In Pier Pressure its shown that, like the pre-recalibration Omnitrix, the Omnitrix can be tracked  by those with the right equipment.

In Pier Pressure the Omnitrix was able to withstand large amounts of energy such as lightning bolts (though this caused the Omnitrix to switch aliens).

In Pier Pressure it was revealed that the Omnitrix can act as a plumber badge as it kept receiving distress calls throughout the episode.

In X = Ben + 2 the Omnitrix displayed a quick change feature as even after being transformed into Alien X for an extended period of time, Ben was able to go straight to Swampfire. This is shown in Darkstar Rising as while Ben had just transformed into Chromastone, he was immediately able to turn into Goop despite the Omnitrix 'timing out'. In that same episode Ben was able to turn into Echo Echo then Spidermonkey then Jetray before finally Humungousaur all during the same fight (meaning no one can use the 'Ben only uses one alien in each fight' excuse). In Good Copy, Bad Copy Ben was able to transform into Goop, Swampfire, Brainstorm, Jetray and finally Chromastone in rapid succession. Though using the quick change function in rapid succession did cause the Omnitrix to lose power more.

There are several methods of timing out:

  1. If the Omnitrix times out by itself
  2. Ben can willingly time out
  3. Ben can touch the Omnitrix to revert back to his human form.
As shown in Save the Last Dance the Omnitrix can be bypassed by the aliens natural instincts such as the whole Big Chill ordeal.

As shown in Grounded the Omnitrix will not come off by normal means. It withstood at least a dozen sawblades, breaking every one of them and it did not have a scratch on it.

In War of the Worlds, Azmuth stated that there were over 1,000,000 DNA samples in the Omnitrix. The Omnitrix itself stated that the exact number was 1,000,903 samples.

Azmuth also said that the Omnitrix allows the user to bring back to life species that had become extinct including the human race.

Like the Omnitrix before recalibration, the Omnitrix has a Master Control.

Much like the pre-recalibrated Omnitrix, this Omnitrix has a fail safe to prevent it from being hacked into. If someone actually tries to breach the firewalls, the Omnitrix will release an explosion large enough to destroy a garage.

Also like the pre-recalibrated Omnitrix, the Omnitrix has a scan setting that allows it to copy and capture DNA not within the Codon Stream.

As shown at the end of Vengeance of Vilgax should one of Ben's aliens be 'killed', the Omnitrix will quick change on its own to give him another one so as to prevent Ben himself from dying.

As shown in Con of Rath, the Omnitrix can malfunction when in close proximity with certain life forms. Such as when the Tiffin caused Ben to turn into only Rath for some reason.

If there is a crisis on Primus (where the Omnitrix gets all its aliens from), the Omnitrix will not allow Ben to go alien or even look at the holograms. Eventually it will teleport Ben and itself (along with any other people in close proximity) to Primus. This function was of course shown in the episode Primus. Unfortunately when it does the Omnitrix will attempt to find Azmuth.

In The Secret of Chromastone, the Omnitrix revealed that even if an alien is in pieces, when it times out no damage will be done to Ben himself (quite contradictory to the whole 'if an alien's injured, Ben's injured theory', isn't it?).

The Omnitrix has a voice command mode. While it is initially locked, Ben knows the overide codes. Ben can use these codes to do anything he wants really (apart from grant him Master Control) be it removing itself from Ben or going into Self Destruct Mode.

As shown in The Final Battle the Omnitrix can alter its size to best fit the wearer.

Swampfire

Like in the original series, the first alien Ben turned into was a fire-based alien. Swampfire is a Methanosian which comes from planet Methanos. Swampfire is essentially a fusion between Heatblast and Wildvine with some of Stinkfly's stink.

Swampfire made his debut in Ben 10 Returns: Part 1 where he was able to punch away several DNAliens with ease.

Swampfire was then able to rip a metal pipe out of the ground and use it to flip a truck.
Swampfire was then shot by several laser blasts without noticing (well he thought they tickled).
That was until he got hit by one powerful enough to rip off his arm but don't worry. Swampfire was able to reconnect it.
Swampfire then fought Kevin but Kevin managed to punch through him. Luckily due to Swampfire's regeneration Kevin was unable to get out.
Swampfire was then able to kick Kevin to the other side of the docks where Kevin hit a wall.
Kevin then crushed Swampfire under a metal container but fortunately Swampfire was able to reform himself as a vine and regenerate in seconds.
Swampfire then superman-punched Kevin in the face. Kevin then lifted a train carriage but before he could throw it at Swampfire, Swampfire generated a fire blast and used it on the train carriage causing the train carriage to explode defeating Kevin.
In Everybody Talks About the Weather Swampfire was used against the DNAliens. He was easily able to create a couple of fireballs to throw at his opponents. These fireballs exploded upon impact.
Swampfire then engaged the DNAliens in close quaters combat. After he thought the fight was over, Swampfire was instantly frozen by one of the DNAliens ice rays but after a few seconds he was easily able to thaw himself out.
After doing so Swampfire released a pheromone which allowed him to manipulate cornfield crops and turn them into giant vines which ensnared the rest of the DNAliens. Swampfire was then able to knock them out by knocking them into each other.
Swampfire then hadd to deal with the weather tower and in doing so he had to encounter some extra security. Swampfire was able to create a fireball so strong (or volatile) that it was able to take  out to ice rays put together.
Swampfire then displayed the ability to root himself into the ground to give himself extra leverage.
Swampfire then displayed enough strength to knock down this giant weather tower.
In Plumbers' Helpers Swampfire was used to escape the Null Void after Ben had been sucked in by the Null Void Projector.
Swampfire then took a barrage of laser blasts before regenerating and firing off a fire blast to defeat a Tetramand (named Manny) in one shot.
As shown in X = Ben + 2 Swampfire's physiology allows him to walk through metal bars without feeling a thing.
Swampfire was then able to regenerate from a laser blast from Sevenseven's rifle (One of these blasts was enough to knock Kevin unconscious).
Swampfire was then able to punch Sevenseven so hard that part of his mask broke off and caused Sevenseven to run away like a coward.
Swampfire then tanked a barrage of laser blasts before firing a flame which caused an explosion and defeated several Incurseans.
Swampfire's stench can also prove to be quite the advantage against opponents who have superhuman smell such as the Incurseans.
He was then able to melt away the cage that was holding Gwen and Kevin captive without causing any harm to Gwen and Kevin themselves.
In Alone Together Swampfire's fire blasts were able to blow apart a rock and create a landslide to stop the Dasypodidae.
Later in the episode Ben turned into Swampfire to help Reinrassic III to regenerate his hand.
In Good Copy, Bad Copy Ben used the quick change function to change from Goop to Swampfire when he realized Goop wouldn't be able to defeat Humungousaur. He was agile enough to dodge Humungousaur's tail slamming down onto him and proved that he could generate mud  to blind Humungousaur.
Albedo then turned into Big Chill to avoid Swampfire's fire blasts before using his ice breath on Swampfire. Swampfire was able to withstand it while being partially frozen. Ben then turned into Brainstorm.
In Undercover Swampfire was used to lift and throw a teleporter pad, destroying it, to protect his team.
In Pet Project Swampfire was able to create a wall of fire to get some distance between his team and Ship.
In Grounded Swampfire was able to melt a street lamp with ease.
He was then able to deliver a kick strong enough to knock a Highbreed down.
In War of the Worlds Swampfire was able to propel himself into the air using his fire blasts.
In the second part of the finale, Swampfire was easily decapitated. Fortunately he regenerated seconds later and created a fire blast at the Highbreed commander. Swampfire was then able to create seeds which sprouted vines strong enough to hold a Highbreed captive. Remember this Highbreed was strong enough to decapitate Swampfire in a single strike.
In the episode Vengeance of Vilgax we see just how much Swampfire can regenerate when he is blown up, decapitated and sliced to shreds by Goop's Anti Gravity projector. On top of that Swampfire can also extend his limbs as he shown when he catches Goop's ACP. However it doesn't seem to have the same versatility as Wildvine.

In Simple Swampfire tore down a wall before going after the leader. In doing so he got decapitated via laser blast but as you can expect he regenerated.

In If All Else Fails, Swampfire was able to shut dow an 80-meter tall plant monster's brain. This included basic functions such as standing or 'breathing'.

As shown in Ghost Town, Swampfire can turn his fingers and toes into plant tendrils so as to create a large hole in the ground.
He was then able to control Vilgaxian plantlife so as two completely vaporize two Ectonurites.

In Time Heals Swampfire's flamethrower was able to cut through Charmcaster's water jets. Though this is a non-canon feat, Swampfire was likely weaker during this time as Ben had been held prisoner (likely gaining minimal nourishment) and was at least partially injured during this.
In The Final Battle Swampfire engaged Vilgax in combat. He was able to use his fire blasts to push Vilgax back before using seeds to sprout vines strong enough to restrain him. Too bad Vilgax has Omega Beams which could cut through the vines with ease. Swampfire then took a beating by Vilgax before going Ultimate.

In Hit 'Em Where They Live Swampfire's flamethrower was able to counter Vulkanus' laser blast before eventually overpowering it and sending Vulkanus into a tree. Zombozo also cut off his arm using acid but you can probably guess that he regenerated.
In Video Games Swampfire was able to create vines strong enough to hold a giant mecha robot (that could adapt to any situation) in place. Too bad the robot was able to generate acid and melt the vines.
Swampfire was used in the episode The Big Story to fight a plant duplicate of himself. He tries to control it but can't saying "guess that makes it a weed". Whether this is just one of Ben's quips or not is unknown. Swampfire then uses his flamethrowers to burn and kill it. Swampfire then has to fight the actual plant monster controlling them. Swampfire is able to burn one of the plant monster's tendrils but is swatted away like a fly. Swampfire burns more tendrils but the plant monster covers him in some kind of liquid that solidifies extremely quickly. After the plant monster releases him Swampfire is able to break his arm out of the concrete-esque substance to go Ultimate.
In The Creature from Beyond Swampfire was used to disarm several Forever Knights by utilizing his chrlorokineisis and flamethrowers. He then battled the Lucubra by using his fireballs. Unfortunately the Lucubra eventually got away.

In Basic Training Swampfire was used to hit the target Ben kept failing to hit. He demonstrated much better co-ordination and was able to disintegrate the target using twin flamethrowers.

In Simian Says Swampfire was used to fight an army of DNAliens. He first used his flamethrowers but Gwen stopped him because he "could burn the whole forest down". So due to this Swampfire used his plant manipulation to take down down a few DNAliens but was hindered yet again when his old flame Eunice was turned into a DNAlien. Swampfire had his arm cut off but regenerated and without even throwing seeds Swampfire was able to imprison Eunice in vines... but she got free. He was eventually able to restrain her long enough to fix her DNA but the Ultimatrix was depleted after this.
In Catch a Falling Star Swampfire was easily able to melt a door into molten lava.
In Have I Got a Deal for You Swampfire was used in an attempt to stop the Screegit and generated a wall of flames. Unfortunately it did little stop the Screegit.
In Charmed, I'm Sure Swampfire underwent a transformation similar to puberty though it was gradual Swampfire progressively got stronger each time Ben transformed into him during this period. Swampfire's second form surfaced when Ben and the team needed to fight an army of mutant pumpkins but because they were magic he couldn't control them and his regular fire blasts just made them stronger. Eventually Swampfire was able to generate a strong enough fire blast to eradicate any mutant pumpkins in front of him as well as create a large crater.
Swampfire's third form appeared when Ben had to fight a mirror version of himself and displayed greater skill in hand to hand combat which Swampfire used to destroy his mirror self. Swampfire then had to fight another army of mutant pumpkins and demonstrted more powerful fire blasts by being able to actually harm them this time. Charmcaster powered herself up using rock armor and Swampfire was forced to tank two of her mana blasts. Just when things couldn't get any worse the Omnitrix timed out.
Fortunately the fail-safe transformed Ben into Swampfire again, this time as Swampfire's fourth and final form. His 'puberty' was finally complete. In this form Swampfire now had a major boost in his chrlorkinesis and was able to take control over an entire army of mutant pumpkins. He was also able to summon a gigantic wall of vines just by lifting his hand up; removing the need for Swampfire's seeds. He also had greater durability and was able to tank Charmcaster's magic blasts. Of course the writers for some reason decided that Rook and Hobble (for Rule of Funny) should save the day instead of Swampfire's new form.
Swampfire's last significant appearnce is in Weapon XI: Part 2 where he fights a mutated Kevin. Swampfire was able to dodge Kevin's plasma grenades before creating vine whips to whip one of the goo balls back at Kevin; creating an 'X' shaped scar on his chin. Unfortunately Kevin just used gravity manipulation to attack Swampfire until the Omnitrix timed out.

Weaknesses

Swampfire's plant manipulation can be resisted or even straight up ignored by certain types of plant. One example is in The Big Story where Swampfire tries to control a plant duplicate of Ben Tennyson yet can't remarking "guess that makes it a weed". Whether Swampfire is actually incapable of controlling weeds is yet to be seen.

Echo Echo

Echo Echo is a Sonorosian from the planet Sonorosia and made his debut in Ben 10 Returns: Part 2. Echo Echo is kind of like Ditto but superior in every way. Like Ditto, Echo Echo can create clones of himself.

Unlike Ditto, Echo Echo has a degree of enhance strength as six of them were able to take down a giant dragon while it took six Dittos to take down a large man.
Of course the dragon got back up and threw the Echo Echo's into a wall.
After this Echo Echo displayed the ability to release sonic screams from his mouth which injured the dragon.
Even the clones display this ability and the amount of intensity was enough to make the dragon explode (because it was a robot).
In Kevin's Big Score Echo Echo was used to catch Argit. He was able to surround Argit from every direction. Two Echo Echos were able to blast him into a ladder.
Another Echo Echo was able to get up high to cut off Argit's escape via the ladder.
After this Echo Echo blasted him back to the ground, Argit founded himself surrounded by dozens of Echo Echo's.
Unfortunately Argit has the ability to dispel quills which can paralyze a person and he dispelled these quills at every Echo Echo around him. Fortunately one Echo Echo was able to dodge these quills while the others were in pain (and eventually became unconscious). This means that Echo Echos don't have a psychic link in which if one feels pain, they all feel pain (pretty much giving another reason why Echo Echo is superior to Ditto).
Echo Echo then used a move which he dubbed 'Wall of Sound' in which he creates several duplicates of himself in a line and they all use their sonic screams together. 'Wall of Sound' was easily able to redirect Argit's quills away from themselves.
They then used another two duplicates to redirect the quills towards Argit knocking him unconscious.

In Alone Together one of Echo Echo's sonic screams was enough to push a Highbreed (named Reinrassic III)  back.
Echo Echo was then able to manipulate his sound waves into finding the location of a teleporter pod so that he could get off the planet he was on.

In Undercover after witnessing how badly the DNAliens take high-pitched noises Ben got the bright idea to have Gwen use her mana blasts to attack Kevin which he was covered in Veridian and then use Echo Echo to amplify the sound waves generated.

In Grounded Echo Echo was able to use his sonic screams through the phone to help Gwen and Kevin when he himself could not be there.
Despite his small size, Echo Echo can run surprisingly fast as shown in Unearthed. He was able to outrun a DNAlien (which at the very least have peak-human speed), while carrying a device that was just as big as he was.

In Fool's Gold it is revealed that Echo Echo's containment suit is made of silicon. Ben used this so that Decka would eat him and in doing so make decka sick and unable to move.

In Vreedle Vreedle, Echo Echo used 'Wall of Sound' against the Vreedles which was strong enough to lift their ship off the ground.
In Trade-Off Echo Echo was used to 'split up' and find Gwen all across Bellwood but the plan was shut down by Kevin because it would take too long.
Echo Echo was used against Helen Wheels in the episode Above and Beyond. He used his numbers to limit her mobility before finishing her off with 'Echo Chamber' which essentially surrounds the opponent with multiple Echo Echo's before trapping them sonic screams.
In the episode Duped Ben discovered a little weakness in the Ultimatrix. If he uses Echo Echo and splits into copies of himself he can time himself out to effectively create copies of Ben Tennyson and more importantly, the Ultimatrix. There's only one flaw in this plan. While Echo Echo duplicates experience no problems its a little different for a human who doesn't naturally have that ability. When he split himself he also split his emotions so there was one logical Ben Tennyson (who acts just like regular Ben), one immature and arrogant Ben (who acts more akin to 10-year-old Ben) and one sensitive Ben (who is the romantic and pacifistic Ben).
Later in the episode the three Ben's tried to defeat Uriel but let's just say their teamwork was somewhat lacking (which is ironic) so Ben eventually realised his mistake, fused back into one and turned into Lodestar.

In ...Nor Iron Bars a Cage Echo Echo was used to destroy the prisoners collars which were generating a high pitched noise. He did this by using a sonic scream which went through the entire cave.

In The Enemy of my Enemy Echo Echo was able to contain a nuclear blast though he had to go Ultimate to actually send it away from the space station.
In Absolute Power Echo Echo engaged Ultimate Kevin in combat. Though the Echo Chamber seemed to harm Kevin, kevin was easily able to one-shot them using his attacks. Its just good that Ben's intelligent enough to hide a copy... in the trunk of his car some how. Echo Echo also proved to be stronger than he looks as he was easily able to kick the trunk of his car off.

In Victor: The Spoils Echo Echo was used to destroy three surface to air missiles while he was in freefall (intended alien was Jetray). He proved to have enough co-ordination to destroy all three missiles with one sonic scream. Unfortunately he was still in freefall so he had to go Ultimate.
In the episode Prisoner Number 775 is Missing Echo Echo demonstrated impressive strength for someone his size. Only nine of him were required to lift and throw a massive plumbers ship (even though it only got about a meter into the air.
In Gretings from Techadon Echo Echo was used to fight the fourth incarnation of the Techadon robot. He was able to use his sonic screams to shield him from the missiles being fired at him and was durable enough to tank laser fire.
In The Flame Keeper's Circle Echo Echo was used to fight the Esoterica and his sonic screams were so powerful that they indirectly shattered Vilgax's tank.
In Inspector 13 Echo Echo was used to play tennis against Julie where he displayed a new power, the ability to duplicate objects he's holding. Also no the WOG statement that this was just a glitch is incorrect because much like the Way Big vortex feat, Ben knew that this was going to happen and it was his intended result. This means that Ben had likely discovered this ability off-screen and was not a glitch. Anyways Echo Echo also displayed greater hand-eye co-ordination than Ben as every single Echo Echo was able to hit the tennis balls thrown at them (while Ben was unable to hit even one).
In It Was Them Echo Echo was used to lure a mutant ant to a room and then used a variation of Echo Chamber, so powerful that it made the mutant ant explode. According to Rook "the sound must have atomized the pyrophoric chemicals in its body".
Echo Echo was used to fight Trumbipulor in Blukic and Driba Go to Mr Smoothy's. The fact that they looked like mice worked in their favor as they were fighting a giant elephant. Trumbipulor's size worked against him as he now had enhanced hearing which made it easy for Echo Echo to defeat him using Wall of Sound.
In Special Delivery Echo Echo was used to fight Thunderpig. he was agile enough to dodge Thunderpig's mace while also letting out his sonic screams. He then was able to manipulate sound to the degree where he was able to create force fields with it while also attacking Thunderpig and destroying Mr. Baumann's car windows.
In Tummy Trouble Echo Echo was used to save a Gourmand from being killed by the Incurseans. He was easily able to grab him and get away while creating duplicates to use sonic screams to distract the Incurseans.

Weaknesses

Even though Echo Echo is stronger than Ditto, his small size still allows him to be overwhelmed by larger opponents (like a dragon).

Though Echo Echo can create an infintie supply of duplicates, he's still pretty weak defensively. For example Ultimate Kevin could easily one-shot all of them and there has to be at least one Echo Echo left to ensure Ben doesn't die.

Humungousaur

Humungousaur is a Vaxasaurian from the planet Terradino. He is essentially Ben's heavy hitter in Alien Force although he does have a few other tricks up his sleeve. He made his debut in Ben 10 Returns: Part 2

In his debut episode  Humungousaur showed that he was surprisingly agile as he was easily able to jump over Gwen's barrier and attack the DNAliens with a belly flop (which created small shockwaves).
However despite his strength, agility and endurance Humungousaur was quickly overwhelmed by the sheer amount of DNAliens there were. One of the DNAliens spat on his arm to keep him in place and while the spit didn't break, Humungousaur simply tour out a piece of the ground instead.
Humungousaur then let out a powerful roar and started kicking DNAlien ass. Later after seeing the Highbreed Commander defeat both Gwen and Kevin in one shot, Humungousaur took on the Highbreed Commander so that Gwen and Kevin would have some time to escape.
He was then thrown into a wall.
Humungousaur was then able to quickly dodge one of the Highbreed's punches to the head.
The Highbreed then proceeded to give him the beatdown of his life by slamming him into several walls, the ground, a computer before finally chucking him off the ship. After realizing that the spaceship was going to destroy the town Humungousaur displayed the ability to increase his size. He can grow up to 60 feet (20 meters) and his strength increases along with his size.
Humungousaur was then able to grab onto a spaceship and was able to survive the heat coming from its exhaust.
After realizing that there was a laser at the bottom of the rocket Humungousaur quickly started punching the rocket until he was able to get inside it and remove the wires which were required for the laser.
Humungousaur then fell from 30 meters up but survived the fall. On the bright side he caused the ship to veer into a canyon and explode.
In All That Glitters Humungousaur was able to increase his size enough that he was able to act as a support force for the bridge that was breaking. He was able to do this long enough to give Gwen enough time to get everyone off the bridge.
In Max Out Humungousaur proved to be so big that he towered over the two DNAliens trying to kill him. A mere roar was enough to send the two DNAliens running.

In Pier Pressure Humungousaur has some kind of heat resistance as he was easily able to get past an energy field which Ben said "would fry you [Julie] like a potato". The optimal temperature to cremate a body is 1400 - 1800 degrees and even then the process takes roughly 2 hours to complete.
Humungousaur then grabbed the core that was going to explode,
threw the bomb into the sky
which then exploded; creating a large shock wave
in which Humungousaur had to protect Julie from and this was all in his base form without any size enhancement whatsoever.
In Be-knighted though Humungousaur wasn't used for combat he was used to scare the squire into telling him where the dragon was. He did this by growing 20 meters tall.
In Darkstar Rising Humungousaur engaged a Highbreed officer in combat. It seems Humungousaur has gotten a lot stronger as this round he was not only able to fight evenly with it but also throw it thourgh the roof and defeat it.
Darkstar then attacked him and although he was able to resist his life force being absorbed more than the others, he eventually succumbed to the strain on his body causing him to time out.

Later in the episode Humungousaur stomped on Darkstar and this literally caused a wave of water to surge outside of the castle.
In Good Copy, Bad Copy Humungousaur was used to fight Albedo who had transformed into Jetray. He displayed the ability to scale up vertical walls.
Humungousaur was then able to tank Jetray's neuroshock blasts though he was still in pain from doing so.
He then threw rocks at Jetray but Jetray simply dodged them before ramming into him. Jetray was about to finish him off but Kevin and Gwen distracted him enough for Humungousaur to get the upper hand and put Jetray in a lock.
Unfortunately Jetray used his neuroshock blasts to destroy the catsle and during this Humungousaur let his guard down resulting in Albedo getting away.

In Grounded Humungousaur was used to disobey Ben's parents and save Kevin. His first step to doing this was running through a wall and continue running to a freighter near the pier.
When he realized the freighter was at sea, Humungousaur decided to swim and grab onto the freaighter when he got there.
Humungousaur then infiltrated the freighter and by infiltrated I mean beat the crap out of every single DNAlien who tried to stop him. Humungousaur then threw a DNAlien so hard that it caused the Highbreed officer to be knocked over.
He then easily helped Kevin out of his 'prison'. He then engaged the Highbreed in combat and got sent flying into a wall.
You'd think he'd be able to get the upper hand but no. He got the crap beat out of him and was nearly killed if his parents hadn't intervened with Plumber Tech. The Highbreed returned and Humungousaur was able to use the weapon like a baseball bat and hit the Highbreed into the cage full of bat poop.
In Unearthed Humungousaur was able to hit a creature roughly the same size as himself back several meters.
Humungousaur was used against Vilgax in Vengeance of Vilgax. He was able to catch Vilgax by surprise and the two punched each other. This sent shockwaves throughout the entire city.
In Ghost Town Humungousaur was able to easily grow taller than some nearby buildings.

As shown in The Secret of Chromastone Humungousaur was easily able to lift a street light (and some earth) out of the ground with ease and this was when he was weakened by Ben's cold. I would do a calculation but I can't really find anything that tells me the mass of the average street light (go figure).
In the episode Above and Beyond, Humungousaur was used against the Plumber's Helpers. He was doing pretty well until he got ejected into space. Luckily Humungousaur has at least some limited space survivability. Unfortunately for the Plumber's Helpers he had caused so much damage to the space station that he literally knocked it out of orbit.

In Video Games Humungousaur was used to fight the Stalker, a robot that could adapt to any situation. During this fight Humungousaur was able to tank a flamethrower, a barrage of missiles, electrocution and also had to hold the National Monument. According to this site the monument has a mass of 90,854 tons which is 82,421.3624 metric tonnes (which is 82,421,362.4 kg). To accomplish this feat Humungousaur would have had to exert a force of 808,553,565 Newtons of Force.
During this feat, I also used pixel measuring to scale his height to the Washington Monument proving that Humungousaur's maximum height is not actually 60 feet. Its actually approximately 73.364 meters or about 240 feet which is four times as tall as the WOG statement.

In Hero Time Humungousaur was easily able to lift and throw a train carriage double the distance Captain Nemesis had done. This is a diesel train carriage which can weigh between 100 and 200 tonnes. At minimum Humungousaur lifted 90.7185 metric tonnes and would have had to exert a force of 889,948.485 Newtons (and that's not even taking into account how far he threw it).

In Ultimate Aggregor Humungousaur was able to charge straight towards a rift in space-time. In the following episode Map of Infinity Humungousaur delivered a very vicious beating on Aggregor. Humungousaur was easily able to throw him around like a ragdoll, unch him through the ceiling and even deliver a punch so hard that Aggregor was sent flying through a house. He then lifted said house and used it as a projectile to throw Aggregor through more buildings. Too bad Aggregor is completely invulnerable and as such Humungousaur basically did no damage to him.
In Deep Humungousaur was able to generate a powerful roar to scare all the attackers away from his group while drowning.
In Where the Magic Happens Humungousaur was used against Adwaita's pet which was able to throw him throw a couple of trees.Humungousaur eventually got the better of it though he had to be saved by Gwen. Humungousaur was later frozen in mana by Adwaita himself but was able to resist it long enough to go Ultimate.
In ...Nor Iron Bars a Cage Humungousaur was able to tank a laser blast that would normally vaporize a person.
While on a trip of some kind, Humungousaur was easily able to destroy Gwen's mana barriers.

In Absolute Power Humungousaur was used to beat the crap out of Vulkanus as a method of interrogation. When Gwen tried to stop him Humungousaur punced the ground so hard that he created small earthquakes.
In Eye if the Beholder Humungousaur was easily able to take out some giant metal horse thing by charging at it. He then displayed surprising agility by jumping and flipping onto a second one though he eventually got thrown off it. He then grew big and took out a third one with one punch. He then turned into Humungousaur again and wrecked two more off screen.
In The Big Story a plant duplicate of Ben was able to use Humungousaur to effortlessly lift and throw the shelves in a supermarket.

In Girl Trouble Humungousaur was able to fight Antonia and while at first they seemed on par in strength Antonia proved to have better hand to hand combat and let's just say Humungousaur took a bit of a beating. When he got thrown through a wall Humungousaur decided to go Ultimate.

In It's Not Easy Being Gwen Humungousaur was able to effortlessly defeat two of Animo's giant mutant frogs before fighting another one.

In Solitary Alignment Humungousaur was used to fight Sir George after Fasttrack failed. Unfortunately Sir George was able to spin Ascalon fast enough to create a vaccum powerful enough to send Humungousaur flying into a wall.

In Couples Retreat Humungousaur was used to fight a supercharged Darkstar. He was durable enough to withstand one of Darkstar's magic blasts yet he was also left in a crater because of it so he went Ultimate.

In Catch a Falling Star Humungousaur was used to hold up a worn down motor home and did so for 53.28 seconds before he had to put it down. Though had Humungousaur grown to his full size he likely would've been able to hold it up for longer.
In The Eggman Cometh Humungousaur was used to punch down barn doors.

In The Ultimate Enemy: Part 1 Humungousaur was used to fight a supercharged Vilgax. Humungousaur was able to tank everything Vilgax threw at him but was unable to land a solid hit. He then had to 'fight' Gwen but really Gwen just crushed his skeleton enough that he was forced to change back.

In Of Predators and Prey: Part 2 Humungousaur was used to fight Mucilator. He delivered a pretty impressive beat down and was able to punch Mucilator across the ship before lifting Mucilator above his head. Unfortunately Khyber turned Mucilator into Humungousaur's natural predator. Tyrannopede. However, even while facing his natural predator Humungousaur was able to fight Tyrannopede and throw him onto the ship with enough force that it literally rocked the ship. Tyrannopede eventually defeated Humungousaur by wrapping him up in some sort of caccoon but Ben was smart enough to change back to Ben so that Tyrannopede couldn't find him.
In Blukic and Driba Go to Mr. Smoothy's Humungousaur was used to fight Trumbipulor and immediately rammed Trumbipulor into a wall. Of course being a lethal joke character, Trumbipulor quickly defeated Humungousaur.

In Malefactor Humungousaur was used to fight Malware and was agile enough to dodge one of Malware's lasers. Of course when Malware decided to be a coward and send a gasoline truck into a school bus, Humungousaur decided to throw a car with enough precision to send the truck on a different angle but not make it explode.

Later in the episode Humungousaur then lifted a 3,000 pound wooden bell and placed it on the correct position.
In Arrested Development Humungousaur was used to fight Computron's minions where he was able to throw a sewage cover so hard that it knocked one of them over. Humungousaur was then able to lift and throw another one, several times his size, into the ground. He was then agile enough to dodge another ones attacks and was able to use his agility to get it to attack itself.
In Special Delivery Humungousaur was used to fight Trumbipulor, Tummyhead, Fistrick, the Vreedle Brothers, Sunder, Zombozo, Fistina, Vulkanus and Psyphon all at once. He was easily able to defeat Trumbipulor and Tummyhead by slamming them to the ground and hitting them with a steel girder with so much force that it bent upon impact. He then tanked the lasers fired at him by Fistrick and the Vreedle Brothers before defeating them with a "slide tackle". He took out Sunder with a single punch before throwing Sunder's hovercraft with enough force that it went past the ceiling of Undertown. It actually went just out of Earth's atmosphere and likely would've kept going had it not hit Mr. Baumann's truck that Way Big had thrown into orbit 5 years prior. Thanks to the internet I found that the hovercraft actually would've stopped being 'affected' by Earth's gravity and went into its orbit at about 100 miles up. When the projectile hit Baumann's truck, it caused Baumann's truck to fall back down to Earth (meaning the '100 miles up' is likely incorrect). Humungousaur then dodged Zombozo's energy whip. In retaliation, Humungousaur jumped up and used his tail to send a pile of cars toppling over onto Zombozo, Fistina and Vulkanus. After defeating everyone else Psyphon pulled out a dwarf star and absorbed it. Yeah the battle didn't go so great after that. Humungousaur was able to dodge Psyphon's energy blasts and even tank one but couldn't penetrate Psyphon's force field. Then Psyphon used the dwarf star to augment his physical abilities and Humungousaur could do nothing apart from tanking Psyphon's attacks until the Omnitrix timed out.
In Showdown Part 1 Humungousaur was used to hold Pakmar's truck up so Rook would be able to clean it when he was teleported to Galvin Prime by Azmuth and was forced to confront Tyrannopede, quickly changing back to Ben to hide.
In Showdown Part 2 Humungousaur was used in an attempt to fight Malware and was easily able to swing his tail with enough momentum to send Malware flying. Of course despite his advantage in hand to hand combat, Malware still had the advantage in versatility and was able to fire a laser downwards to create and explosion with enough force to send Humungousaur flying. Malware absorbed Rook's Proto-Tool and created laser blasts at a much faster rate (each of which was able to destroy a building). Fortunately Humungousaur was nimble and agile enough to dodge them and even jumped several meters into the air to dodge some. Unfortunately due to Malware's increased versatility, he eventually landed a laser blast on Humungousaur. It didn't impair Humungousaur at all though and Humungousaur tanked another point blank laser before continuing to fight Malware. Malware was forced to use his body alteration to actually trap Humungousaur and 'devour' him.
In Rules of Engagement Humungousaur was used to try and fight Looma Red Wind. It didn't go so well and Looma effortlessly picked him up and threw him into a rock wall.
In An American Benwolf in London Humungousaur attempted to lift Excalibur out of the stone, only to lift the stone up as well. Now the canonical explanation is that Ben isn't worthy but because Ben has saved the world countless times and tries his hardest to protect the innocent plus the fact that ******* Kai Green (who was not done those things), was able to move it I'm going to blame it on the alien DNA or the Omnitrix. He then fought Chadwick who had drunk a strength formula and was able to fight on par with him.

In Stuck on You Humungousaur once again fought his natural predator Tyrannopede and although he was able to dodge some of Tyrannopede's attacks, he spent the majority of the fight being slammed into the ship's walls and roof.
Skurd then created a diamond sword for Humungousaur to wield and Humungousaur was able to use this to knock Tyrannopede to the ground. After Skurd had demonstrated his usefulness, Humungousaur got eaten by Tyrannopede yet Humungousaur was able to pry Tyrannopede's jaws open. After Tyrannopede screamed in pain, Humungousaur was able to jump out of its mouth and land in a pile of legoes.

Weaknesses

As shown in Ben 10 Returns: Part 2 Humungousaur's tail can be easily grabbed and if his opponent is strong enough Humungousaur will be easier to slam into things like walls and/or floors as shown in his fight with the Highbreed.

As shown in Darkstar Rising Humungousaur has no defense against attacks that drain his life force.

Despite his large size and strength, Humungousaur still needs to breath.  While he can survive in space its only for a limited time. Additionally he had trouble working underwater as he immediately began to drown.

Humungousaur can be vulnerable to drugs though this specific drug only made him hallucinate.

While Humungousaur has incredible strength, the same cannot be said for his stamina as shown in Catch a Falling Star when he was only able to hold up a motor home for less than a minute.

Jetray

Jetray is an Aerophibian who comes from the planet Aeropela. While Aeropela is covered in water and Aerophibians are more adaptable in water as a result of this, Ben uses Jetray for aerial battles more often than aquatic. Jetray made his debut in Everybody Talks About the Weather.

In his debut episode Jetray was used to fight Alan Albright (who was half pyronite). Jetray easily dodged Alan's flames.
Alan then tried to escape but Jetray easily kept up with him.
Alan tried to shoot him down with more fire blasts but Jetray easily dodged them before firing his own neuroshock blasts which shot Alan down.
Alan tried to fire another fire blast but Jetray retaliated with his neuroshock blasts before firing another neuroshock blast from his tail which shot Alan down for good.
In All That Glitters Jetray was used against Mike Morningstar who was draining Gwen's life force. At first he was able to dodge Mike's energy beams.
Then Jetray used his neuroshock blasts against Mike but all this did was piss him off. Mike shot one blast at Jetray and it must've hurt more than it looked because Jetray reverted to Ben almost instantaneously after this.

In Max Out Jetray was used to start blowing up DNAlien trucks which would've been used to deliver Xenocytes. Just one of his neuroshock blasts was enough to blow up one truck and Jeray was able to destroy all the trucks in record time.

In Pier Pressure Jetray was used to rescue Julie. He displayed his ability to swim underwater.
He was easily able to catch up to Julie's abducter but couldn't use a neuroshock in fear of hurting Julie so he decided to shoot two street lamps to get them to fall over onto the creature's foot.
Jetray then tanked a chair being thrown at him and blasted out of the sky.
In What Are Little Girls Made Of? Jetray was used to fight Verdona. Though he was able to keep up with her, Verdona was just a bit faster. That was until Jetray created a sonic boom so that he could fly at speeds faster than sound.
Once Jetray had caught up to her and tried to interrogate her, Verdona simply encased him in a ball of mana. Jetray shot at it with his neuroblasts but that made him explode.
In Inside Man Jetray's neroshock blasts were able to cause major damage to a DNAlien spaceship.
In Vengeance of Vilgax Jetray proved to be surpisingly durable. He was able to withstand several of Vilgax's attacks. Earlier in the special, Vilgax used one attack to defeat each of the Plumber's kids and he wasn't even trying which is not the case here.

In Inferno, Jetray was used to catch up to and destroy a bomb that was going to blow up the earth by detonating Earth's core.

In Vreedle Vreedle Jetray forced the Vreedle Brothers to run away due to his neuroshock blasts. The Vreedle Brothers had a gun that could destroy a large asteroid (but then again the Vreedle Brothers aren't too bright). This particular neuroshock blast was able to leave a small crater in the ground.
In the episode Trade-Off, Jetray was able to use his tail to carry Gwen with ease while flying to the nearest Forever Knights castle.
In The Final Battle: Part 1 Jetray was used to fly through an asteroid belt. He destroyed small asteroids with his neuroshock blasts but failed against a huge one, proving that there is a clear limit to his neuroshock blasts. Nevertheless Jetray was able to avoid it and get back on the ship.

In Fame Jetray was used to save a pilot from falling to their death. Unfortunately he also had to deal with military jets which had lasers for some reason. Jetray was able to tank multiple laser blasts to his back before going fast enough to turn into a blur and get out of sight. One neuroshock blast each was enough to destroy both jets before he saved the pilot.
In Andreas' Fault Jetray was able to dodge several laser blasts fired at him by the Forever Knights.
In Fused Jetray was able to dodge lightning blasts being thrown at him by Ra'ad. In case you've forgotten from XLR8's entry the speed of lightning is 220,000 mph (or 353,055.68kmph). He dodges seven lightning blasts in the fight before tackling Ra'ad.
By far jetray's best speed feat is in the episode Eye of the Beholder in which he "goes into hyperspace" to catch the Rust Bucket 3 and Ship (which already had at least an hour's headstart and were moving at such high velocities that they were easily traversing some solar system). Hyperspace is a term which generally means travelling at faster than light speeds. Jetray even has the Star Wars effect to go with it! So yeah Jetray is FTL granted he had to build up to this speed but that doesn't stop him from being Ben's fastest alien.
In Ben 10,000 Returns Jetray was used to destroy the Hands of Armageddon. He used his neuroshock blasts to do this but he also had to dodge Eon's time rays as well using only his peripheral vision as he had to focus on using his neuroshock blasts. Also of note is that because his eyes and tail were focused on firing neuroshock blasts Jetray's flight capabilities were somewhat limited yet he was still able to dodge three time rays and destroy the Hands of Armageddon.
In The Mother of All Vreedles Jetray was used to easily catch up to the Rust Bucket 3, a fighter jet which is capable of supersonic flight within the atmosphere (and FTL outside of the atmosphere).

In Couples Retreat Jetray was strong enough to carry a metal-encased Kevin across the city.
In The Eggman Cometh Jetray was used to carry the evolution ray across the city evolving all the dinosaurs into chickens.

Big Chill

Big Chill is a Necrofriggin from the planet Kylmyys. Now if you can't tell from his species necro-friggin, Big Chill is essentially Ben's ghost alien designed for stealth (i.e. he replaces Ghostfreak). Like Ghostfreak, Big Chill was able to take over Ben's consciousness within the Omnitrix. Unlike Ghostfreak, Big Chill didn't escape from the Omnitrix but more on that later.

Big Chill made his debut in Kevin's Big Score where he was used to chase after Kevin who had stolen the Rust Bucket.
Big Chill was easily able to dodge the incoming lasers being fired at him from the Rust Bucket.
Kevin then locked onto Big Chill to ensure the next laser hit him but Big Chill went intangible to allow the laser to pass through.
Big Chill then released a breath of cold to freeze the road solid so that it would be too slippery for the Rust Bucket. Unfortunately Kevin knew how to engage the spiked tyres so that the Rust Bucket could pass through.
Big Chill then released a breath of cold wind so that he could simply push the Rust Bucket off the road.
Kevin persisted and Big Chill tried to pursue him while going invisible.

Unfortunately the Rust Bucket had some kind of infrared light (That's not what he used. I just don't know what he did use) that allowed Kevin to see where Big Chill was and this allowed Kevin to catch Big Chill off guard with a net.
Later in the episode Big Chill was used to rescue Kevin from Vulkanus. He tanked being hit by a flamethrower into a wall but when Vulkanus picked up the metal that supposedly crushed him, he wasn't there. Big Chill sneaked behind Vulkanus who tried to use his flamethrower again but this time Big Chill was able to cancel it out using his ice breath.
Unfortunately Big Chill's cockiness caused him to get thrown into a wall.
Big Chill then used his intangibility to get inside Vulkanus' suit and his body temperature was cold enough to freeze it upon doing so.
He was able to freeze Vulkanus' entire suit in mere seconds.
In Max Out Big Chill was able to freeze a bunch of DNAliens (aliens who thrive on cold) by simply phasing through them.
In Plumbers' Helpers Big Chill was used to stop a gas station from exploding. He did this by breathing a breath of cold wind so cold that it not only stopped the fire as soon as it started but it also froze the things on fire. Due to the color of the fire we can tell that it is at least 1,100 degrees Celcius (roughly).
Big Chill then saved Gwen from falling by freezing a fire hydrant causing it to explode and then freezing the water into a slide so that Gwen had a safe route downwards. Also the ice was so cold that Gwen was actually shivering after her fall down the ice slide.
In Alone Together Big Chill was able to use his intangibility to escape a Dravok. His body temperature was so cold that even in a desert planet he was able to unintentionally freeze its entire head.
The Dravok got loose (with some effort) and under the Reinrassic III's orders Big Chill went inside the Dravok and stayed inside for a 2.67 seconds before escaping. These 2.67 seconds were enough to turn the Dravok into a ****ing ice sculpture.
In Save the Last Dance Big Chill was used to easily catch up to a speeding car.
When the car drove off the road Big Chill submerged himself and came back out freezing the water vapour behind him to create a slide for the car.
Of course because ice is generally frictionless, Big Chill had to grab hold of the car pull to make to come to a stop. Once he had stopped it, he took a bite out of the car.
The next day Ben doesn't remember any of this. Later in the episode Ben attempts to turn into Jetray and succeeds until the quixk change function turns him into Big Chill. Big Chill flies to Burger Shack and eats a metal tray in one bite.
Big Chill then eats the electronic buzzer.
He strated eating one of the suports before using his ice breath to freeze them all and make them collapse.
He then ate a ****ing statue. According to Julie Big Chill also ate a bus, a car wash sign, the car wash itself and more with only a few minutes in-between each thing he eats.
The next day Ben wakes up in the middle of a field with a hell of a hangover and remembers nothing. Ben starts getting cravings for different foods such as pickles. Later in the episode it seems Big Chill has completely taken over Ben's mind even in human form; forcing Ben to turn into Big Chill. Big Chill then resumes his eating spree in which he eats metal girders and easily breaks one in half.
After a brief encounter with the police (in which Big Chill froze them), Big Chill goes back to his eating spree in which he devours MOLTEN ****ING LAVA!!! This means that Big Chill can withstand heats of up to 700 degrees Celcius (1,200 if we want to maximize it).
Big Chill flys away and then spews all this molten lava out.
After Gwen, Kevin and Julie had found him Gwen was able to trap Big Chill in a bubble shield (made out of mana). They were about to destroy the metal fortess but something happened. As it turns out the metal fortress was a nest in which Big Chill's eggs could hatch. Yep Ben was pregnant and only at 15 (no I'm not proud of myself but its not as bad as most of the other jokes I thought of).
Also fun fact: Baby necrofriggians feed on solar plasma to nourish themselves hence why Big Chill was able to eat molten lava with no issue.
In Voided Big Chill was able to freeze an entire furnace. Now while that may not sound too impressive. This furnace ran on Coradite and powered a drill which was creating a dimensional rift within the Null Void. It also granted D'Void invulnerability.
In Birds of a Feather Big Chill was able to freeze an entire door by simply touching it.
Big Chill can also levitate without opening his wings.
Big Chill was able to phase into the ground to temporarily escape Vilgax.

In Singlehanded Big Chill demonstrated the ability to fire beams of ice from his hand/s.
In the episode Trade-Off Big Chill was used to freeze several Forever Knights and a truck.

In the episode Above and Beyond Big Chill was used against Alan Albright. With his intangibility, Big Chill was easily able to allow Alan's fire attacks to pass through him. Big Chill also demonstrated that he could manipulate his cold breath to create ice statues to limit Alan's mobility. He would've likely defeated Alan had the rest of the Plumber's Helpers turned up, at thich point he phased into the ground to escape.
In the episode The Final Battle: Part 1 Big Chill was used to fight Kraab. He easily used his intangibility to his advantage and froze him not once but twice (and pretty easily too). Of course he also tanked a laser blast while he was distracted.

In Hit 'Em Where They Live Big Chill was used to tank on Vulkanus and his goons. No matter how many times he froze Vulkanus' minions more would show up to replace them so he did the only logical thing and went Ultimate.

In Too Hot to Handle Big Chill was used against Pandor, a being made out of radioactive energy. He tried to cool him off by phasing though him and temporarily succeeded but Pandor was able to easily thaw himself out in less than a second.
Big Chill was able to wear Pandor out by contiuously firing cold rays at him but that all ended when Pandor absorbed the uranium core. Yet he continued and was somehow able to continue to freeze him despite Pandor's energy increase. With the help of Kevin they might have been able to defeat Pandor but still were unable to contain him so Big Chill turned into Ultimate Cannonbolt.

In Map of Infinity it is revealed that Necrofriggians are immune to both hot and cold (though did you really expect anything else from an alien that drinks molten lava for its babies). Big Chill was then used to fight a group of Necrofriggians but he had trouble. His intangibility did cancel out other Necrofriggians intangibility but in doing so he could also be touched by them. Also its revealed that Necrofriggians can freeze him even while he's intangible (or rather hold him in place until he becomes tangible) though that last one kinda isn't a weakness due to him still being able to move freely and the fact that he's immune to cold.

In Absolute Power Big Chill fought Ultimate Kevin. He was able to use his intangibility to dodge Kevin's lightning strikes before freezing Kevin though Kevin easily broke out.
In Victor: The Spoils Big Chill was used to pass through the castle's security lasers completely undetected before deactivating them.
Big Chill then had to fight the Zarkovian soldiers and although he was easily able to freeze a couple of them he was caught off guard by spontaneous electricity attacking him from behind. When Dr. Victor started melting Big Chill tried keep him frozen. Unfortunately Victor regained consciousness and broke out. Big Chill then went Ultimate to fight him.

In It's Not Easy Being Gwen Big Chill used his cold breath to freeze Animo's giant frog in place.

In Prisoner Number 775 is Missing Big Chill was able to use his intangibility to get through a holding cell made out of "castrodinium" which is classified as Level 3 technology. Something that Earth is at least 500 light years away from.

In Greetings from Techadon Big Chill was used to fight a Techadon robot, more specifically the fourth incarnation. Though he was unable to phase through it he was able to dodge a punch that created shockwaves and was also able to dodge a missile fired at him. He then went Ultimate for more fire power.
In The Flame Keeper's Circle Big Chill was able to freeze one of the Esoterrica as they were warping through space-time.
In The Mother of All Vreedles Big Chill was used to fight Ma Vreedle. He was easily able to freeze and break Ma Vreedle's 'apron strings' before using his intangibility to phase through laser fire. Big Chill then froze Ma Vreedle but she broke out. Unfortunately Big Chill made the mistake of turning tangible to try and turn the machine she was using off.

In The Eggman Cometh Big Chill was used to fight several pterodactyls. His cold breath made quick work of them as well as part of the factory they were in.
In Of Predators and Prey: Part 2 Big Chill was used to successfully freeze Khyber, save Rook and escape from the crashing ship as well as introduce us to his new absolutely horrifying design.
In Malefactor Big Chill was used to fight his natural predator, Hypnotick. He was able to resist Hypnotick's mind control (though that is likely attributed to Ben's will power rather than anything Big Chill has). Big Chill then attempted to out-fly it but Hypnotick is surprisingly agile. Hypnotick then trapped Big Chill in an illusion where Ben was being cheered on by adoring fans but Ben was able to break out of it by remembering what a true hero is and timed himself out.
In Special Delivery Big Chill was able to use his freeze breath to freeze a DNAlien and unintentionally freeze Mr. Baumann's car.
In Tummy Trouble Big Chill was used to fight off Incursean war ships in outer space and while the intended alien was Jetray Big Chill proved just as useful. He was easily able to dodge laser fire before turning intangible to phase through the ship while also freezing its controls.
Later in the episode Big Chill was used as part of an ambush where he froze an Incursean soldier while hiding in the wall. He also used a long range freeze breath to freeze another Incursean soldier.
In The Frogs of War: Part 1 Big Chill was easily able to freeze Emperor Milleous.

In Something Zombozo This way Comes Big Chill phased through a car before using his ice breath to freeze a horde of zombie clowns.
In Let's Do the Time War Again Big Chill's freeze breath was able to easily overpower Exo-skull's laser as well as freeze both Exo-Skull and Subdora.

Weaknesses

While Big Chill can go invisible, it can be countered by those who have the means to do so as shown in Kevin's Big Score.

As shown in his fight with Vilgax in Vengeance of Vilgax his intangibility can be countered by those with the means to do so.

In the same fight Big Chill proved to be weak against electricity based attacks, however in the fight against Ultimate Kevin, Big Chill was easily able to allow electricity to phase through him.

As shown in Fool's Gold Big Chill's intangibility is not a reflex. Ben must consciously activate it otherwise he'll be thrown through a house. Additionally as revealed in Map of Infinity Big Chill's intangibility will be cancelled out by an opponent who is also using intangibility.

In addition to the above weakness, Big Chill's intangibility has its limits. In the episode Greetings from Techadon Big Chill was unable to phase through the Techadon Factory which was made out of something even Kevin couldn't absorb.

As shown in Malefactor Big Chill is vulnerable to mind control though thanks to Ben's will power, he can break out of it. However, that's not to say that opponents can't mind control him as Hypnotick was able to do it three times in Showdown Part 1

Chromastone

Chromastone is a Crystalsapien who comes from the same planet Diamondhead is from: Petropia. Now Chromastone is special because well apart from him, there is only one crystalsapien in existence: Sugilite who is the guardian of Petropia but more on that later.

Chromastone made his debut in All That Glitters in which he had to fight some zombie girl. His opponent tried to electrocute him but it did nothing due to him "being a conductor" Anyways Chromastone was easily able to withstand "high voltage" electricity. "High voltage" is generally any voltage over 600 volts though it could be higher due to the fact that they were in an electricity power plant.
In The Gauntlet Chromastone proved to be surprisingly fast as he was easily able to catch Cash (who had been mutated by a Techdon Robot's arm and enhanced his reflexes so much that he was actually able to beat Kevin) off guard and tackle him.
Due to Chromastone's physiology, Cash's laser beams (which had consistently been able to destroy walls) simply bounced off him.
Cash then tried to use a larger more powerful energy beam at Chromastone but Chromastone was easily able to absorb it.
Chromastone was then able to use this energy to fire out his own ultra-violet energy beams.
When Cash realized he couldn't use his laser he sorted to brute force and started flailing Chromastone around; slamming him into the surrounding objects such as cars.
Of course when Chromastone had finally been released (by being thrown into a truck), he also resorted to brute force and when the two collided it sent out a shock wave.
The two seemed to be equally matched but when Chromastone actually started trying he was easily able to overpower Cash and the Techadon suit he was wearing.
In Be-knighted Chromastone was used to engage a dragon in combat. He first tanked its fire breath (Of course Ben later reveals that it was more like a laser blast) before using the energy to fire a large ultra-violet energy beam.
Chromastone was then able to fire out more energy blasts while tanking hits from the dragon. He was doing pretty well until Connor decided to be a prick when he started shooting both Ben and the dragon with a powerful energy blast. This blast was so powerful that all Chromastone could do was endure it until Gwen destroyed the weapon.
In Good Copy, Bad Copy Chromastone was used against Spidermonkey. He was easily able to generate enough heat to destroy Spidermonkey's webs.
In Voided Chromastone was used to infiltrate D'void's base. He demonstrated the ability to fire green lasers without having to absorb anything.
In Inside Man Chromastone displayed the ability to fire his ultra-violet beams without absorbing any energy prior. This beam was able to easily melt a hole through a truck trailer.
He was then able to widen the hole by simply pushing the sheets of metal outwards.
Unfortunately he found a horde of DNAliens who through him out the truck trailer into a cliff face.
When the DNAliens tried to turn him into one of them using a xenocyte, it had no effect. Though Chromastone claims this to be due to his physiology, it could have been due to the Omnitrix granting him immunity to possession.
In Unearthed Chromastone was used to run in front of a high intensity laser and absorb its energy. He withstood the attack for 15 seconds before displaying the ability to fire out energy at multiple directions at once.
In Vengeance of Vilgax Chromastone escaped from the Omnitrix and Ben had to get him back. Ben used Upchuck to absorb Chromastone's energy beams and spit them back out but Chromastone could could also absorb this energy and fired it back. The two were in a stalemate until Kevin decided to break the tie.

Later in the episode Chromastone was used against Vilgax where he charged a laser beam which sent Vilgax flying into a building.
Unfortunately Vilgax eventually destroyed him but the Omnitrix turned him into the next best thing: Diamondhead.
In The Secretof Chromastone we finally see his DNA sample, Sugilite, in action when he needs to revive some dead planet or whatever. He first demonstrates the ability to fly.
As it turns out Sugilite if the guardian of Petropia who has a crystal with unlimited power and can do whatever he wants. He does end up reviving Petropia by the way but is stopped by Vilgax when he attempts to do the same with the Petrosapiens.
In Absolute Power Chromastone was the first alien Ben used in his fight against Gwen. While both are obviously holding back Chromastone demonstrated his ability to absorb mana as shown when he absorbs the mana bubble Gwen puts him in as well as a couple other mana attacks before firing them out as energy.
In The Creature from Beyond Chromastone first demonstrates his ability to fly while he searches for the Lucubra. Chromastone was travelling at a similar speed to Kevin's car so assuming he was keeping to the speed limit (which Kevin rarely keeps to) Chromastone would be flying at a velocity of 30 mph or 48.2803 kmph. This is also while Ben is sleep deprived.

In the comic Brief Mysteries of Time Chromastone was able to absorb the ray of a time loop generator which had caused Ben, Gwen, Kevin and several DNAliens to be caught in a time loop. He was then able to use this energy to send the DNAliens back in time.
In Enemy of My Frenemy Chromastone was used to try and destroy the Sorcerer's Engine. So he gave physics the good 'ole middle finger and flew upwards leaving behind a trail of rainbows (no really). He tried to absorb the power of the Sorcerer's Engine but there's only so much energy Chromastone can take and he eventually disintegrated. To be fair he was dealing with Ledgerdomain which is the source of all magic and the fact that the Sorcerer's Engine was constantly absorbing souls didn't help the matter.
Chromastone's last significant purpose is in the Ultimate Alien finale where he fought Diagon. He was easily able to save George from being obliterated by Diagon's laser before using the absorbed laser to harm Diagon. However, it didn't take long to use up all that power. Luckily Gwen was there to provide all the energy he needed so that he could continue to fight Diagon. Unfortunately that power was also used up and Diagon to his chance to smack Chromastone to the ground. Diagon took this chance to finish George off while Chromastone was unconscious.
Chromastone does make an appearance in Omniverse but its only to test some new kind of weapon. Like I said his last significant appearance was in Ultimate Alien.

Of course he does make an appearance in the series finale, A New Dawn, when Ben uses him in an attempt to get through the Contemelia barrier but unfortunately he just didn't have the power to get through barriers generated by fifth dimensional beings. It was only thanks to Skurd who generated a Celestialsapien sword to get through the barrier that he was able to get out of the ship.

Weaknesses

It seems that Chromastone cannot absorb electricity while wet as while he was easily able to deal with electricity from a power plant in All That Glitters he was easily defeated when Bivalvan's water jets slammed him into the circuit board of the military base (which was building a starship).

There is a clear limit to just how much energy Chromastone can absorb/handle. As shown in Enemy of My Frenemy Chromastone was disintegrated upon trying to absorb constant stream of life force which acted as the Sorcerer's Engine's power supply.

Brainstorm

Brainstorm is a Cerebrocrustacean from the planet Encephalonus IV. Brainstorm is essentially Ben's intelligent alien replacing Grey Matter. However, unlike Grey Matter, Brainstorm can actually put up a decent fight. Brainstorm also uses 'smart talk' to show how superior his intellect is when all it does is confuse people and while Grey Matter also does this, he doesn't do it to the extent at which Brainstorm does. Brainstorm made his debut in Pier Pressure.

In Pier Pressure Brainstorm was able to tank a hit from a fighter jet that had been upgraded by a Galvanic Mechamorph symbiote named Ship.
Brainstorm then displayed the ability to generate electricity from his brain.
Brainstorm is also able to manipulate these lightning bolts as shown when he tried to hit Ship.
Brainstorm then displayed the ability to create force fields so as to protect himself from Ship's lasers.
He was then able to extend this force field (or generate another one) to not only protect Julie but telekinetically move her out of harm's way.
HE was able to move her to the other side of the carnival so that she wouldn't be harmed.
Brainstorm was then able to generate a giant laser to finally shoot Ship down.
In the episode What Are Little Girls Made Of? Brainstorm was able to release a burst of electricity to cause a wave of water to evaporate into steam nearly instantaneously.
Brainstorm was then able to release an arc of electricity to not only electrocute Kevin but send him flying out of the water.
In Good Copy, Bad Copy Brainstorm was used against Albedo who had turned into Big Chill. His lightning was fast enough to strike Big Chill before Big Chill had a chance to use his intangibility. Albedo then turned into Echo Echo.
In Voided Brainstorm was used to save Manny from the Null Guardians. He delivered an electric shock powerful enough to scare a horde of them away.
Brainstorm then attacked D'void by using another electric shock powerful enough to cause him to release Helen Wheels (which is weird because not only did Helen not get electrocuted as well but D'void's grip to tighten not release). D'void had previously (as in mere minutes ago) tanked plasma bullets fired at him with little to no effect.
In War of the Worlds, Brainstorm was able to manually pilot a spaceship which he had no prior experience piloting. He was able to make some risky manuevers but whats more impressive is that he was able to keep up with Azmuth in a conversation of all people.

In Vengeance of Vilgax Brainstorm was used against Spidermonkey who had escaped from the Omnitrix. Brainstorm proved that he could easily keep his balance on near vertical slopes of very narrow spider webbing.
In Inferno Brainstorm was used against a herd of pyroxivors. He displayed the ability to levitate into the air while also using electromagnetism to make old rail tracks levitate into the air and fence the herd in. He was then able to do the same thing to move Gwen and Kevin to safety.
In Singlehanded Brainstorm was able to shoot electricity out of his hand which had enough energy to blast Sunder into the air.
Though not to the same level as Cannonbolt, Brainstorm was able to dodge by rolling under Sunder and gain enough speed to cause a dust trail.

In Escape From Aggregor Brainstorm was able to use his electricity to take over the mind of a Yeti which Dr. Animo had already mind controlled.
He then allowed the Yeti to go free and captured Animo in an electrical cage (which also made him levitate).
In Eye of the Beholder Brainstorm was able to generate enough electricity to destroy the shackle that was immobilizing Baz-el (a Galvanic Mechamorph) as well as generate waves to stop a laser blast but also knock a person out.
In Greetings from Techadon Brainstorm was used to get a hole in one on the 'death hole'. He was smart enough to figure out exactly the right path he needed the ball to go and was skilled enough to put it into action.
In The Ultimate Sacrifice Brainstorm was able to generate an electrical force field that was able to repel Ultimate Cannonbolt off it.
Brainstorm's last significant appearance is in The Vengers where he is used to fight The Vengers, a team composed of minor criminals in Ben's career. During the fight he is able to analyze and factor in all his surroundings and reveals that his IQ is one nonillion or 10 to the power of 30. He was then able to easily curbstomp them by going all Sherlock Holmes on them and was even able to use an apple core to defeat Kangaroo Commando. Brainstorm also knew that if the Vengers didn't have Ben as competition, they would tear themselves apart (though that really just falls under common sense).

Weaknesses

Brainstorm's large intelligence sometimes causes him to overlook the simplest solutions as show in his fight with Spidermonkey where he forgot that the Omnitix could scan Spidermonkey back in and Gwen had to tell him to do just that.

As demonstrated with his fight with Aggregor in Fused Brainstorm will have a rough time dealing with opponents specifically designed to counter electrical manipulative species.

Spidermonkey

Spidermonkey is an Arachnachimp who comes from the planet Aranhaschimmia. Spidermonkey is essentially a fusion of Four Arms and Wildmutt combining enhanced agility with enhanced strength (and extra arms). Spidermonkey made his debut in the episode What Are Little Girls Made Of?

In his debut episode Spidermonkey was used to protect Gwen from Verdona who was trying to destroy the former's body. He was able to easily wrap Gwen in web and use his tail to swing her away from Verdona.
He was then able to easily create a makeshift slingshot out of webbing so that he could shoot Gwen's energy projectiles at a faster rate than she can herself at Verdona.
Spidermonkey was then able to easily pick Gwen up with one arm and carry her around so that she could shoot her projectiles at Verdona. Though we don't know Gwen's weight, the average weight for a 15-year-old female is 52.1kg. This means that Spidermonkey can exert 510.58 Newtons with one arm.
Spidermonkey was then able to deliver a left hook to Verdona's face so that Verdona didn't get too close to Gwen. Spidermonkey was then able to generate a net of webbing from his tail.
Unfortunately Verdona broke free, drew mana from every living thing around her (grass, trees etc.) and tied Spidermonkey up in his own webbing.
In Be-knighted Spidermonkey was used to try and replace the dragon's universal translator. He proved agile enough to get to the dragon and rip the busted translator off but then he was thrown off. Luckily Spidermonkey was able to instantly create a web behind him to have a safe landing.
He was then able to easily dodge a laser blast fired from the dragon.
In Birds of a Feather Spidermonkey was used against hordes of DNAliens. Of course when reinforcements arrived, Spidermonkey was forced to retreat into the forest where he was agile enough to didge laser beams while running on the branches.
In Vengeance of Vilgax an escaped Spidermonkey was able to create a web that could hold Kevin's car in the air.
In Fool's Gold Spidermonkey was used to web up dozens of rodent-esque aliens who were tipping a house.
In Simple Spidermonkey was used to dodge laser blasts while also webbing up the soldiers who were firing at him.

Spidermonkey then had to tank a rocket but he was greatly weakened by it.

In Singlehanded Spidermonkey was used against Sunder. During the fight Spidermonkey made full use of his agility, able to dodge Sunder's strikes even when he was climbing on walls.
In Andreas' Fault Spidermonkey was used to fight the Forever Knights. His agility came in handy to dodge sword strikes before Spidermonkey was able to generate a large amount of webbing to web up the group of Forever Knights (and a smoothie machine).
In Hero Time Spidermonkey was able to take down a gang of criminals. He did this using his natural agility and was able to tank a laser blast that had just destroyed a car. He was able to dodge another one but this caused a street lamp to fall over. Fortunately he was able to catch it with his webbing. He was then able to take down 5 gang members in the span of 30 seconds using hand to hand combat.
In Perplexahedron Spidermonkey was used to grab Kevin and web him to the wall. He then wall climbed to get himself and Kevin into the next room.
In Absolute Power Spidermonkey fought Ultimate Kevin. He distracted Kevin by webbing his face before using a street lamp to hit 'a home run' and send Kevin flying. Spidermonkey was then able to easily dodge Kevin's neuroshock blasts. Spidermonkey then webs up Kevin and sends him flying into a car. Unfortunately Kevin is undeterred and ends up seeping Spidermonkey away in a tornado.
In Ben 10,000 Returns Spidermonkey was used to fight Eon's minions. He did the normal stuff in which he effortlessly dodged attacks and used his web to his advantage by dragging his opponents in close. His webbing proved to be strong enough and heat resistant as it was easily able to hold the blades of lightsabers in place before defeating the two minions who tried to attack him.

In the comic Brief Mysteries of Time Spidermonkey was able to tie a group of DNAliens up in his web. According to those DNAliens the web is "as strong as steel" and considering they've effortlessly been able to punch through trucks I don't doubt it.
In Simian Says Spidermonkey was able to go toe to toe with Mizaru, an arachnachimp who was easily one of the strongest claiming to have "the power of this entire planet" and was able to beat xenocytes through sheer will power. When Mizaru said that his mother was one of the first to be transformed Spidermonkey went Ultimate. Ultimate Spidermonkey easily defeated Mizaru.
In The Mother of All Vreedles Spidermonkey was able to catch a spaceship with his webbing. What makes this more impressive is that the spaceship was almost certainly going at supersonic speeds and Spidermonkey did this while in the upper atmosphere. Spidermonkey was then able to crawl on the bottom of the spaceship upside down and while it was still flying at supersonic speeds.
In The More Things Change: Part 1 Spidermonkey was used to fight Crabzozer. Spidermonkey proved durable enough to endure being slammed into the wall a couple of times. He also was able to use his web to bring down an entire building. He survived getting crushed under the rubble but so did Crabdozer and Spidermonkey was forced to run away. The only reason he survived the fight is because Khyber called Crabdozer off.
In So Long and Thanks for All the Smoothies Spidermonkey was used to web Argit to the wall before disarming two Incurseans and webbing them up.

In Tummy Trouble Spidermonkey was used to try and escape with the Gourmand Queen. He was able to run through a barrage of lasers while holding the Queen without getting hit. Unfortunately Attea quickly caught up to him and while he was able to block her attacks, it didn't take long for him to be defeated.
In And Then There Was None Spidermonkey saved No Watch Ben from being killed by Albedo and Benzarro by means of swinging him across the city using his web.
Spidermonkey's last significant appearance is in Cough It Up where he assists in fighting a group of bounty hunters. His web was tough enough to render EightEight's energy saw useless and was able to temporarily bind Thunderpig.

Weaknesses

Spidermonkey can be tied up by his own webs as shown in Where do Little Girls Come From? Also there is an opening when he is firing his web, albeit very sleight, where Spidermonkey is still attached to his webbing. Should he be facing an opponent who can easily react to this opening he will be dragged along with his webbing as shown in his fight with Bivalvan in Fame.

Goop

Goop is a Polymorph who hails from the planet Viscosia. Now because Viscosia's gravitational force is much lighter than that of Earth's, Goop needs to have an Anti-Gravity Projector so that he's not just a puddle of goo(p).

Goop first made his debut in The Gauntlet in which he engaged the Techadon Robot in combat. Using his Anti-Gravity Projector Goop can fly with no problem.
Also because Goops doesn't have any vital organs or anything really, he can regenerate when he gets punched in half.
Or crushed. Goop's physiology also allows him to pass through extremely small spaces such as the finger gaps of the Techadon Robot.
Goop's regeneration also allows him to be completely fine when he's hit by lasers.
Of course this pissed the robot off to no end and the robot smacked his Anti-Gravity Projector away reducing Goop to a puddle of goop.
The Techadon Robot then started making a new hand but Goop regained control over the ACP and stuffed himself down the robot's hand hole.
Goop was then able to seemingly generate more goo from himself as pretty soon there was so much goo that it was actually showing from the outside.
Goop generated so much goop that the robot then exploded sending Goop in different directions all at once but don't worry. Goop survived being blown apart into dozens of pieces.
In Darkstar Rising Goop was used to fight Magister Gilhil. He was able to survive being punched through before he completely constricted Magister Gilhil's body within himself.
In Good Copy, Bad Copy Goop's goop seems to be highly acidic as it was able to burn the floor and even melt walls when Goop was using it to try and attack Albedo.
In Undercover Goop's physiology allowed him to slide under a door and spy on the surroundings in the room to see if Cooper was there.
He was then able to save Cooper from the two DNAliens guarding him by stretching himself out before grabbing them with his body.
In Birds of a Feather Goop was used to help Simian fend off security guards.
Despite his physiology allowing lasers (If Dwayne McDuffie had his way they would be bullets. Come on these are humans and you expect them to have lasers for weapons?) to simply pass through him, Goop did prove agile enough to dodge them.
When Simian was about to kill a guard using his own gun, Goop quickly covered Simian within himself and formed a ball which acted as a makeshift prison of sorts. Goop was then able to bounce like a ball while dodging lasers being fired at him.
As shown in Vengeance of Vilgax, Goop's physiology allows him to camouflage perfectly with water. It only fails when Goop decides to surface.
Goop can also encase his opponent completely in goop so that they can't move.
Goop can also throw goop projectiles with enough force to throw a person several meters into the air.
Hell why throw a person into the air when you can cause a large amount of pipes to topple over them (though this is likely due to the acidity of the goop).
In Simple Goop survived a very high fall. OK I'll be more specific. Considering the average weight for a 15 year old is 56kg and Ben was falling for 12.07 seconds and that the planet's gravitational force must've been similar to Earth's as Ben had no trouble walking or fighting like he does on Earth his velocity must've been 118.28ms^-1 (Assuming it was constant which is doubtful). This means that the height of the cliff must've been 1,546 meters high (though the calc is flimsy at best).
As shown in In Charm's Way, Goop can make his body acidic enough to melt rock.
We have a similar acid in the real world called hydroflouric acid which is most commonly used in the oil and gas industry. This is especially disastarous for a normal human as as little as 160 square centimeters (about the palm of your hand) is enough to kill a person. One particular scientist in 1995 spilled a small amount (100 - 230 millimeters) onto his lap. He died from multi-organ failure 15 days later and he had his leg amputated in that time.

In Above and Beyond, Goop was used against Pierce. He was easily able to slide along the floor like a giant wave and throw parts of himself on Pierce to trap him. Pierce somehow got away but Goop was able to manipulate the acidity of himself to melt a giant metal contraption. Ben allowed Pierce to get away after this.
In Andreas' Fault Goop was easily able to ambush a Forever Knight Guard by slipping through the bars of the prison.
In Hero Time Goop was used to save Julie from falling to her death. Also instead of Julie falling inside him, Goop was able to be stable enough that Julie just ended up sitting on him cushoning her impact.
By far Goop's most impressive feat in the episode Deep. See planet Piscuss needed a centripetal generator to keep its gravitational force. Unfortunately this generator was also a piece of the Map of Infinity which aggregor stole. So Goop decides to use his AGP as a substitute. the result was him atomizing himself and yet despite this, Goop was able to not only stabilize the planet's atmosphere but also pull the entire planet together.
In ...Nor Iron Bars a Cage Goop was used to escape through a door and 'pick' a lock (and by pick I mean melt with acid).

In Revenge of the Swarm Goop was used to escape Victor Validus' tendrils.

In The Creature from Beyond Goop was used to save Gwen and Kevin from falling. He did this in a similar way to him saving Julie in Hero Time which was using himself to cushion their fall.
In Ben 10,000 Returns Goop was used to fight Eon's minions. His physiology allowed lightsabers to pass right through him and he was easily able to manipulate his body to trip and grab several of Eon's minions.

In Greetings from Techadon Goop was used to fight a Techadon. Unfortunately because each robot learns from the last incarnation he didn't do so well but he did prove that he was able to move fast enough to dodge laser fire.
In Catch a Falling Star Goop was used to infiltrate Captain Nemesis' hotel room and melt the door knob. Though apparently he wasn't even trying to melt the door knob and was only trying to open the door.
In The Beginning of the End Goop was used to fight the Forever Knights. He was able to trip an entire group of them up by simply sliding under them and was easily able to incapacitate another one. He continued to fight more before displaying the ability to form tentacles out of himself.
In Blukic and Driba Go to Mr Smoothy's Goop was used to fight Trumbipulor. He was easily able to shake off Trumbipulor's attacks and went inside Trumbipulor's head but he was merely a nuisance Trumbipulor. He was able to move fast enough to dodge peanuts fired at him at a very quick rate. Goop did manage to cause Trumbipulor some pain while he hit him flying at these speeds but Trumbipulor simply inhaled Goop. Goop was able to get out and quick changed to Echo Echo.
In It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World: Part 1 Goop was able to fight Exo-Skull and Subdora. He was easily able to dodge Exo-skull's laser blasts and thanks to his physiology, the ones that did hit him passed right through him. He was then able to catch Exo-skull and Subdora in a 'goop trap' before hitting them with enough force to send them flying into a building. Unfortunately Ben got cocky and Subdora was able to hit his AGP to stun him and turn him into a puddle while they made their escape. Fortunately they left a trail thanks to Goop's goop.

Weaknesses

As shown in his fight with the Techadon Robot, Goop needs his Anti Gravity Projector to actually be able to move. If it is separated from him, Goop will be just a puddle. Fortunately though Goop' is able to regain control over the AGP after a few seconds.

However if one manages to prevent the AGP from getting back to him, Goop is vulnerable to centripetal (or centrifuegal) force. This will separate his body into the multiple components his body is composed of. However there is a silver lining in that this will only occur if Goop is unable to reach his AGP or is trapped within a container.

Alien X

Alien X is a Celestialsapien which comes from the Forge of Creation. A place that exists outside the universe/multiverse. Alien X is Ben's most powerful alien by far and no alien past or present even comes close to reaching his kind of power but you know what they say "Nothing is ever free". Transforming into Alien X also forces Ben to become a schizophrenic with voices in his head and he needs their permission to actually do cool stuff.

Alien X made his debut in X = Ben + 2 in which he was used to revert the dam to its previous state (before being blown up). He did this by drawing a circle in front of him and then sending out some sort of shock waves to reverse the motion of the dam and the water broken out.
Of course it wasn't just reversing the momentum as everything was put back the way it was as if the incident had never occurred and Gwen wasn't with the water flow so this power is more akin to a small degree of reality warping (or extremely powerful telekinesis).

Unfortunately Attea was kidnapped by SevenSeven and this is when the voices start bugging him. Alien X is rendered motionless and is now about as useful as a statue. Unbeknowst to everyone Ben was actually conversing with the voices in his head: Serena (The voice of love and compassion) and Bellicus (The voice of rage and aggression). Ben himself was the voice of reason.
Alien X has the ability to over ride the Omnitrix's time out function. Though due to Alien X's ability to make thoughts a reality, he would only need 20 seconds or so to win any battle (should the personalities agree).

In The Forge of Creation Ben uses Alien X again when it seems that Alien X is his only hope (its not). While he doesn't do anything as alien X there are a couple things to note. For one Alien X's transformation sequence. While previous aliens have forced him to grow an extra couple of arms, completely invert his skull, and even completely liquefy every aspect of himself; Alien X's transformation sequence is by far the weirdest completely turning Ben into a celestial body with a planet exploding.
Another thing to note is that Azmuth explicitly states that "Alien X can do anything" though the same weakness that he needs to get Serena and Bellicus to listen to him applies. Even Paradox agrees that if Aggregor were to absorb the abilities of a newborn Celetialsapien that he would become "omnipotent". Even Kevin thinks that "they could just blink and we'd be gone". Also when Ben tries to reason that "the whole universe is at stake", Bellicus doesn't seem to care implying that Alien X wouldn't even be harmed in the destruction of the universe. However the most important thing shown in this episode is when Paradox shows up. Paradox himself states that "I'm not suppose to go within 500 light years of them" implying that Celestialsapiens, and by extension Alien X, could detect Paradox 500 light years away. Paradox's entrance also seems to cause Serena, the so-called 'voice of love and compassion' to do a complete 180 and want to destroy him. Oh and a fun little bit of trivia but Celestialsapiens are born 'outside' of the universe/multiverse.

Ben is finally able to put Alien X to some real use in So Long and Thanks for All the Smoothies where he is used to try and stop the Anihilaarg. For those of you that have forgotten the Anihilaarg is a device that can destroy entire universes so Alien X seems like the most viable option. He fails yet even as the universe is being destroyed, no damage is done to Alien X. If anything its treated as an annoyance which is relatively harmless to him. Fortunately Ben is able to convince Bellicus and Serena to create a whole new one. This is also treated as no large feat to Bellicus and Serena and more of an annoyance to Bellicus but they do it. You know those specks on Alien X's design that seemed entirely for aesthetic purposes? Turns out they're a galaxy each. By doing this Alien X was able to make a near-perfect copy of the universe. Emphasis on near-perfect. See while Alien X did remake the universe, he was a bit rough on the finer details. The key witnesses had no memory of the Anihilaarg even going off and Mr Smoothy was completely changed for the worse.
In Universe vs. Tennyson it is revealed that Celestialsapiens are responsible for the change in art style in the Ben 10 franchise as well as the change in voice actors. In the same episode Ben used Alien X to fight the Galactic Gladiator which had previously curb-stomped Four Arms and Eye Guy (they hadn't even been able to land a solid hit on him). Alien X was able to tank the Galactic Gladiators punches without being harmed and was even punched into some moon in a nearby galaxy (Note that the background shifts from magenta space to blue space). When Ben finally reasoned with Serena and Bellicus to give him control over Alien X, he was easily able to block the Galactic Gladiators attack. Alien X and Galactic Gladiator then traded blows while moving at immeasurable speed and this resulted in blowing up a few moons. When the Galactic Gladiator caught him, Alien X was able to duplicate himself and this caused the Galactic Gladiator to make more decisions. The Alien X copies then swirled around the Galactic Gladiator to morph into a pseudo-galaxy/black hole which sucked he Galactic Gladiator in and promptly defeated him.
Alien X's last significant and most important appearance is in the episode Weapon XI:Part 1. Now Alien X doesn't accomplish any major feat, instead all he does is use his reality warping powers to gain control over the Rooters and make them shoot each other but its the symbolism behind it. Ben doesn't need to deliberate with Serena and Bellicus when going up against opponents such as the Rooters. In Rook's own words "Ben has control of Alien X" and while he probably still needs to deliberate with them when accomplishing feats such as creating a new universe, he doesn't need to do such when fighting normal opponents.

Weaknesses

Like I said before Alien X can actually perform an action, he must get all of the personalities to agree to that action. This include ****ING MOVING!!! As of Weapon XI: Part 1 this weakness has been rectified.

Lodestar

Lodestar is a Biosovortian from some planet I've never heard of. While Lodestar was unlocked at the end of War of the Worlds: Part 2, It's not until five episodes later in Simple that Ben uses him onscreen. Unfortunately even as he turned into him in War of the Worlds, it seems Ben never tested out his powers as he had no idea what Lodestar did when he transformed into him in Simple

In his debut episode Lodestar was used to try and stop a war from the Red Team's side. At first he tanked dozens of laser beams.
Lodestar then tested out his powers and found that he could manipulate polarity in which he can manipulate poles... of the magnetic variety. Lodestar used this ability to take away all the soldiers weapons.
He caught the guns but as it turns out his entire body is just a giant magnet and he was soon covered head to toe by the soldiers' guns.

Ben soon realized what he could do and as the soldiers began to advance on him, Lodestar repelled all the weapons away from himself towards the soldiers.
In Busy Box Lodestar was used against the Nalijan Destructor which had the powers of Humungousaur, Spidermonkey, Swampfire, Kevin, Gwen, the ability to fire lasers, and the ability to copy anything it sees. Lodestar first used his magnetic powers to levitate and 'throw' two cars at the Nalijan Destructor before holding another one in place so as to avoid being crushed. As I've stated before Lodestar basically is a giant magnet so he can emit a magnetic field around himself to levitate at least 10 cars around him before throwing them at the Najilan Destructor. With effort Lodestar was able to pull the Nalijan Destructor apart. Lodestar was about to destroy it but was stopped by a 26th dimensional being where the Nalijan Destructor is only a toy. Only his second appearance and Lodestar has already done probably one of the most impressive feats in the series. Sure it was only a toy but it was also from a realm of existence which has 26th dimensional beings and NOT for beings less than three million years old.

In Primus Lodestar was able to amplify his magnetic fields and use them to tear a Techadon Robot apart.
In Vendetta Lodestar was used to fight Ragnarok. He used his magnetic powers to slam metal doors on Ragnarok before using his powers to counter one of Ragnarok's laser blasts (which had indirectly blown up a couple of cars). He then threw a car on Ragnarok but Ragnarok teleported away.
In the episode Duped Lodestar was used to defeat Uriel and rather easily. He was able to take full control of Uriel's mech suit before magnetising it so much that it attracted various items such as rubbish bins, benches and even Kevin's car. He then used his magnetic powers and amplified them so much that Uriel's mech suit literally fell apart.
In Video Games Lodestar was used against a giant mecha robot that adapted to ay situation. He tried to magnetise it but found that it was useless so he was forced to hold off the mecha's attack without his magnetic powers. Lodestar was then picked up and smashed through a building.
In Ultimate Aggregor Lodestar was used to fight Aggregor's robots. During this fight he was able to easily smash them into each other and displayed the ability to create force fields. Lodestar then entered Aggregor's ship which exploded. Don't worry though because out of nowhere Lodestar developed the ability to regenerate himself.
In Absolute Power Lodestar was used against the Forever Knights. He easily defeated them and was even able to completely stop a Forever Knight's motion before lifting him up to interrogate him (all while Lodestar himself was levitating).

In Girl Trouble Lodestar was able to use his magnetic powers to throw three of Computron's minions rather easily. He was also able to create magnetic waves so powerful that several of Computron's minions exploded. He was then able to send them back to the dimension they came from with magnetism. Though he was inside a particle accelerator so we have no idea what effect this had on his powers. Considering that even he seems to be surprised at this level of magnitude, it is likely that being inside the particle accelerator greatly heightened his powers.
In The Purge Lodestar was used to fight a dragon robot. He was easily able to magnetize it making suits of armor and swords and even Kevin (who had absorbed metal) be attracted to it. Lodestar decided to try something else and with Kevin's consent repelled Kevin so hard that he went flying through the robot's chest into a wall.
In The More Things Change: Part 1 Lodestar was used to fight Zombozo. It was completely unintended but he was able to use his magnetism to send Kevin flying into Zombozo. He then used his magnetism to steal the brain back from Zombozo.
In Return to Forever Lodestar fought the Forever Ninja and tried to use his powers on the throwing knives. Unfortunately they weren't metal and Lodestar was forced to take them. However, he was able to use his powers to prevent the Forever Knights' getaway vehicle from escaping and once Jimmy was safe Lodestar threw the vehicle across Undertown.

Weaknesses

Lodestar's powers are useless against opponents who are made of non-magnetic materials as shown in Video Games.

Rath

The last alien introduced in Alien Force is also one of Ben's funniest and most entertaining ones in his entire arsenal. Ladies and Gentlemen I present Rath. Rath is an Appoplexian from the planet Appoplexia. He has the distinction of being the ONLY alien where Ben actually gets dumber from using him. Rath made his debut in the appropriately named Con of Rath.

In his debut episode Rath appeared without Ben even wanting to use the Omnitrix. One minute he was just sitting in the spaceship and the next Ben had turned into Rath. He wasted no time in lifting a chair (which had been electronically sealed to the floor and throwing it against the wall.
He displayed a pretty powerful roar which caused the Tiffin to hide (any normal baby would've cried).
When Kevin tried to engage him in combat, Rath simply grabbed him and threw him against the wall. Gwen was able to defeat him by suffocating him in a mana bubble. Later in the episode he fought an entire bar (with Gwen and Kevin's help). He was able to defeat three thugs with one slap each, tank a laser blast at close range and then single-handedly defeat the Vreedle Brothers before throwing them out an air lock.

He later defeated every body on an Incursean war-ship and might have some limited space survivability. During an encounter with Vulkanus, Rath displayed the ability to lengthen his claws at will. He was also able to create a shockwave by punching the ground.
To top it all off at the end of the episode when he finds out the Tiffin was going to be eaten he jumps down Jarett's throat explores his stomach to find the Tiffin and breaks Jarett's jaws in his escape.
In Above and Beyond Ratn was used against Manny Armstrong. At first Manny had the edge but then decided Rath decided to get serious and he was able to knock Manny unconcious. By the way this fight was enough to shut down a satellite's artificial gravity.
In Vendetta, Rath was used against a group of Forever Knights. He quickly took care of them and was able to tie them up in groups of three in steel bars. The ultimate tensile strength of steel is at minimum 400 MegaPascals of Force. Though a more accurate calculation would be the yield strength which is 250 MegaPascals of Force.
In the episode Duped Rath was able to lift the hatch off a tank. He got shot in the face several times point blank but all that did was piss him off. When the Forever Knights started to run, Rath lifted the entire top of the tank off and broke it into two parts before throwing them at the Forever Knights. He was also strong enough to throw the rest of the tank meters into the sky. This means that Rath can lift a tank with ease. This particular tank was similar to the M1 Abrams tank which had a mass of nearly 62 metric tonnes. To merely lift the tank would have required a force of 608,220 Newtons of Force (well that's a lie because the tank doesn't actually weigh 62 metric tonnes but I couldn't find an exact measurement so I rounded it up but hey Rath throws it meters into the air so it should cancel out right? Right?).
In Hit 'Em Where They Live Rath defended a train from being robbed. He ended up being dragged along by Rojo's flying bike but thanks to Gwen and Kevin he used this second chance to grab onto a chain immediately stopping two flying bikes before using the parts to destroy Rojo's flying bike.
In Hero Time Rath was able to keep up with Captain Nemesis. Though its not too impressive as Captain Nemesis was a middle aged man wearing heavy armor, what is impressive is that he was able to tank the exhaust from a jetpack point-blank.

In The Big Story Rath fought the bounty hunter SevenSeven who had defeated Gwen and Kevin. Not even taking the fight seriously Rath was able to bite into a f***ing lightsaber and break it. Rath actually proves to be more intelligent then he lets on when he lies to SevenSeven to try and hit him but Rath  is able to use this opportunity to find and opening as well as throw SevenSeven into a wall. Rath finally gets serious and although we don't see the fight, we d see that Rath was easily able to wrap SevenSeven up in a lamp post.
In Prisoner Number 775 is Missing Rath was used to try and catch up with a plumber ship. He was easily able to jump out of a crater in 3 bounds. He then jumped up and embedded himself in the stolen plumber ship. Rath was able to hold on to the plumber ship for less than a minute but if its any consolation, Rath actually was able to crash the plumber ship by punching through its armor and ripping out some wires. He was also able to survive the fall down.
In Greetings from Techadon Rath was used to fight a Techadon robot. He easily tanked a laser blast into a wall. Rath tried to attack but failed. Rath was able to then flip a car over and use it as a shield to block laser fire. He was able to dodge a large laser blast but in doing so the laser blast destroyed Mr. Smoothy. This worked to Rath's advantage as Rath was now angry enough to do some serious damage. Rath was able to actually take one of its arms off. He then used this arm to knock the robot over.
In A Knight to Remember Rath was used to fight the Esoterrica. He displayed extraordinary reflexes as he was easily able to attack the Esoterrica as soon as they warped back into his dimension. He took out quite a few before he had to tank lightning bolts which sent him flying through the roof. Even after this Kevin said that "he'd be fine". Which he most certainly was as he reappears at the end of the fight to completely stop a two-trailer semi truck in its tracks. An empty semi-trailer is typically 32,000 pounds and Rath stopped two of these plus a tractor unit (which unfortunately I cannot find a mass figure for). The total mass of the two trailers is 29,029 kg. Certain semi trucks have been able to easily accelerate from 0 -60mph in a short amount of time. However due to the significant increase in mass and less time (about 7 seconds before Rath interfered) I'm going to estimate that the semi-truck was able to accelerate to 2.5 mph (that's reasonable right?).
Using the formula F = ma
which = 29,029 x 1.1176
Rath would've had to exert a force of 32,442.8 Newtons and that's not even taking into account the mass of the tractor unit or the fact that the truck was carrying a swimming pool sized aquarium which held Vilgax in it.
Rath then broke through a windshield and protected one of the plumber's from being crushed by falling debris.

In Inspector 13 Gwen as Rath was able to fight an army of Techadon Robots (granted they were mass produced and had just been put together).

In It Was Them Rath was used to fight an army of giant mutant ants. He initially did well but was overwhelmed by the sheer number of them.

In Of Predators and Prey: Part 2 Rath was used to fight Khyber. After a bit of back and forth Khyber resorted to using the Hephaestan neuro grip which paralyzed Rath and forced him to time out.

In Many Happy Returns Rath was used to save a little girl from a burning building. He was able to save her from debris and successfully got her out of the house by charging through a concrete wall. He then went back into the burning building to save her doll.
In The Frogs of War: Part 1 Rath was able to punch through the armor of an Incursean ship, completely taking its engines out and sending them both down hurtling towards the ground.
In Food Around the Corner Rath fought Poltroon where he was able to dodge laser blasts and kept the upper hand in close quarters combat. He only had trouble when Poltroon used a sonic frequency device but Rook destroyed that so Rath continued to beat the crap out of Poltroon.
In Return to Forever Rath fought Tummyhead where he was able to dodge lasers and cause sufficent damage to a hovercraft.
In Something Zombozo This Way Comes Rath defeated Frightwig by throwing her around with her hair. He then caught a bowling ball, an anvil, a large boulder, a piano, a car and an elephant and juggled them until he threw them back at Thumbskull. The elephant alone would've weighed at least 2.5 metric tonnes. Rath was then shot out of a cannon.
In Catfight Rath fought Nyancy Chan and ended up under her control. While under her control Rath ripped an entire fountain out of the ground and used it as a projectile against Rook, Rayona and Ester. He was then able to punch Rook into a nearby building before using Ester to tie up the whole group.
Later in the episode Rath was able to move "the galaxy's biggest ball of yarn" by running on it. He was then able to fish up the galaxy's largest magikarp using his bare hands (and some rope).
He was also able to resist Looma and throw her into the laser fired from an Incursean Blaster. This is notable because Looma has effortlessly defeated some of Ben's other alien forms including Humungousaur, Shocksquatch and Armodrillo.

He then fought Looma, Attea, Rook, Ester and Rayona and held the upper hand until Rook was able to trick him into timing himself out with a little red dot.
In It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World: Part 2 Rath attempted to fight Mad Ben who had transformed into Way Big. He displayed enough athleticism to get up to Way Big's fin but was eventually grabbed and pushed into the side of the cliff by Way Big.
In Secret of Dos Santos Rath fought Exo-Skull and was suddenly speaking spanish for some reason. He was pretty out of class but gained a bit of an advantage thanks to Skurd creating a fire mace. Rath was able to 'punch' Exo-Skull so hard that he was sent flying into the wall before Rath grabbed hold of Exo-Skull's horn and threw him.

Weaknesses

As I mentioned Rath is probably the most stupid alien out of Ben's arsenal. As such his lacking I.Q is his main weakness. He constantly shouts at his opponents which allowed Gwen to suffocate him in a mana bubble. Hell he's so stupid that he couldn't find his way out of a brown paper bag in Catfight and no I'm not exaggerating.

Rath is also Ben's most hot headed alien and will leap at the chance for a fight. In the episode Prisoner Number 775 is Missing alone he got into a fight with a stolen plumbers ship (no not the one piloting it, the actual ship itself), gravity and the "Rath-sized hole" he made in the ground.

As revealed in Gone Fishin' Rath is afraid of water.

Rath is vulnerable to certain frequencies generated by sonic frequency devices as shown in Food Around the Corner.

A quite circumstantial weakness of Rath's is the fact that he can be controlled by opponents who have the ability to control cats.

Rath also has the same weakness as all internet cats in that he's attracted to laser beams.
