Ultimate Alien

Ultimate Alien takes place one year after this is where you could say that the people were starting to run out of ideas for aliens. While the majority of the aliens introduced in this series are quite original there are couple that are blatant ripoffs of older aliens. More on that later. The series generally revolves around Ben's Team doing the same kind of things they did in Alien Force but now with a twist. Ben's identity as Ben 10 has been made public and Ben is now world famous (because Ben needed to stroke his ego more).

Ultimatrix

After Ben blew up his Omnitrix to save the world, he stole Albedo's Ultimatrix. The Ultimatrix is a new and improved version of the Omnitrix. This is due to Albedo adding an evolutionary feature which allows Ben to 'evolve' his aliens.

The Ultimatrix also has a scan function to obtain DNA samples that are not within its database. Only problem is that while the Original Omnitrix was able to catalogue DNA very quickly; that is not the case here. For some reason the Ultimatrix is able to scan the DNA quickly but it is not able to copy it until a few minutes later which leaves Ben wide open.

The scan function can act as a defensive measure against electrical attacks as shown in the episode Fused.

The Ultimatrix functions like a Plumber badge so it would include all of the following features:

  1. A universal translator (which is how Ben is able to speak an understandable language while in alien form)
  2. A radiation detector
  3. Can be used to receive messages on Plumber's channels
  4. It can also transmit messages and open up communications channel to contact other Plumbers.
In The Forge of Creation it is revealed that the Ultimatrix has a security system to prevent Ben from turning into Alien X.

In the same episode it is revealed that the Ultimatrix has a lock function to prevent outsiders from turning Ben back into a human form. This lock function either only works when Ben is in alien form or much more likely Ben has to activate it manually and forgot to do so in the episode Victor: The Spoils as King Xarion was able to turn Ben into an alien and then continue to quick change him until Ben was the alien Xarion wanted.

The Ultimatrix also works as a communicator.

Like the previous version of the Omnitrix, the Ultimatrix has a fail-safe which prevents Ben from being killed in alien form. This is shown in the episode Ben 10,000 Returns in which Way Big is completely reduced to dust yet Ben himself is fine.

The Ultimatrix has various codes which I will list:

  • Abort Reset Code 10 (aborts reset though still needs sufficent power to accomplish this as shown in Simian Says).
  • User Access Voice Recognition Mode (allows Ben to change into aliens by using his voice)
  • Ultimatrix Hard Reset (Resets the Ultimatrix and does this in the span of a second)

As shown in Simian Says the Ultimatrix can be interfered with which prevents Ben from changing but the only technology to be able to do so in the Ben 10 Universe are other versions of the Omnitrix such as the Omnitrix and the Unitrix.

In the same episode the Ultimatrix was also used to repair genetic damage. However after doing so it's remaing energy was depleted and the Ultimatrix had to recharge.

The Flame Keeper's Circle reveals that Ben can turn into at least 63 different aliens.

Despite being created by Albedo, whose intelligence rivals Azmuth, the Ultimatrix is not perfect and is prone to glitches. For example one particular glitch in The Ultimate Sacrifice allowed the Ultimates to gain sentience and after a period of time the glitch shut the Ultimatrix off sucking both Ben and Sentient Ultimate Humungousaur back into it.

Huh, I haven't actually talked about the quick change function on the Ultimatrix yet. While all incarnations of the Omnitrix have it the Ultimatrix allowed Ben to transform into four different aliens in quick succession.

As stated by Sentient Ultimate Humungousaur the Ultimatrix is controlled through Ben's mind. While this may not hold water initially, it makes sense when you think about it. Ben may not get the aliens he wants but he always gets the aliens that benefit him in battle and are suited for the situation. It also explains why it is able to quick change Ben when he is in grave danger such as when Vilgax killed Chromastone or when he was about to be possessed by Zs'skayr.

As revealed in Inspector 13 the Ultimatrix has a Master Control. The same episode revealed the Ultimatrix can also be hacked which is how Master Control got unlocked in the first place. It was also revealed that the Ultimatrix had a locator which could be tracked.

At the end of the Ultimate Alien finale Azmuth destoryed the Ultimatrix to give Ben the finalized version of the Omnitrix (which is ironically inferior to all previous incarnations. More on that later though).

Water Hazard

Well it took us 99 episodes or 7 seasons or 4.5 years but we finally got an alien that can control water. Water Hazard is an Orishan from the Andromeda Galaxy. Though Ben obtained Water hazard's DNA sample in Fame, its not until 6 episodes later in Too Hot to Handle that Ben actually uses him. Also don't expect to see him in the reboot because he goes by the name Overflow in that.

In the episode Fame Water Hazard's DNA sample, Bivalvan, showed that his armored exoskeleton is so hard that bullets seemingly bounce off it. This was revealed in security footage "a few months ago".
He was then able to use two pressurized water blasts to defeat two security guards before using another to destroy the security camera.

Later in the episode Bivalvan was able to survive a beatdown from Kevin before being able to propel both Kevin and Gwen into the air with his water blasts.

Ben tried to attack him but was quickly stopped in his tracks. Things got interesting when Ben was able to turn into Chromastone but Bivalvan just used his water blasts and manipulated the current to push Chromastone into some circuit boards.
Ben uses Water Hazard for the first time in Too Hot to Handle in hopes of trying to get Pandor to leave Earth. When that fails Water Hazard uses his water blasts to attack him but Pandor merely dodges. Water Hazard is able to land a direct hit but is then forced to tank a nuclear 'bolt' which sent him into the building so fast it caused all the windows to shatter.

In Hero Time Water Hazard was used to take down Captain Nemesis. He did this by cooling Captain Nemesis off with his water jets and then absorbing the moisture in the air (and in Captain Nemesis' suit) to cause it to stiffen. Water Hazard then sealed the deal with a beatdown.
As revealed in Map of Infinity Bivalvan's armor, and by extension Water Hazard's, grants them complete invulnerability as shown when Aggregor (who had absorbed Bivalvan's powers) was completely unharmed from being thrown through a building and then hit by that very same building to go through more buildings.

In Perplexahedron Aggregor was able to create a bubble shield using Bivalvan's powers. Its not too a far cry to say that Water Hazard would be able to do the same thing.

In Revenge of the Swarm Water Hazard was used to fight Victor Validus (a being composed of nanochips). He was able to punch him before using his water jets and manipulating the water molecules to cushion Gwen's fall.
In Double or Nothing Water Hazard was used to defeat a Methanosian named Swamps. He did this by using his water blasts to completely overpower Swamps' flamethrower and send him flying into a wall. Water Hazard was then frozen by a Necrofriggian named Fridge but he was still able to quick change into NRG.
In The More Things Change: Part 2 Water Hazard was used to fight Buglizard. He was easily able to tank being smashed into a stand before using his water blasts to propel Buglizard off him. Though Buglizard clearly overpowered him, Rook used his net to trap Buglizard's mouth and Water Hazard was easily able to throw Buglizard off him using only one arm.
In Tummy Trouble Water Hazard was used to fight Attea while on top of a flying Proto-Truk. He quickly ended the fight by blasting her with water.

In The Frogs of War: Part 1 Water Hazard used his water blasts to slow his descent before putting out the fire inadvertently caused by NRG.
He was also able to use his water blasts to attack one of the Incursean spaceships. Though it did nothing he did dodge one the laser blasts fired at him.
In The Ultimate Heist Water Hazard was used to blast Negative Goop away from the crystal.

In For a Few Brains More Water Hazard helped defeat the Ultimate Panuncian by spraying too much water into its mouth, buying Kevin enough time to break the Nemetrix.

In Bengeance is Mine Water Hazard was blasted through a wall before defeating the Forever Knights with his water blasts.

In Rook Tales Water Hazard fought Master Kundo ad while he was quickly defeated he did display enough strength to make a dent in concrete.

Nanomech

Nanomech has quite a few distinctions to him. For one he is the only one of Ben's aliens to be part human as he is a human/nanochip hybrid who obviously originates from Earth (another distinction). He is also by far the smallest alien in Ben's arsenal being only about half the size of a ping pong ball (40 mm). While Nanomech did debut in the live action film 'Ben 10: Alien Swarm' I ****ing hate the live action films so I'm using his debut in the main series which was the episode Video Games (hence why he's in the Ultimate Alien section instead of the Alien Force one).

It was due to his small size that he was able to destroy The Stalker in Video Games. Because he was not deemed as a big enough of a threat (both figuratively and literally), The Stalker was unable to adapt to him. Kevin sent Nanomech flying via straw to help Nanomech get to that Stalker and as soon as he was inside, he did pretty much what Grey Matter did in the Original Series which was break everything he could get his hands on.
In Ultimate Aggregor Nanomech was used to escape Ra'ad. He displayed the ability to shoot bio-electrical lasers from his eye which he used to destroy Ra'ad's headband that was controlling him. He was able to use this technique again to destroy Pandor's headband and his small size allowed him to get to it without Pandor noticing.
In Absolute Power Nanomech was able to dodge through a lava plume and get squashed in between a book with no injury while also being able to change into Way Big.
In Inspector 13 Kevin as Nanomech was able to fire bio-electrical blasts strong enough to knock back a fully grown person. What makes this more impressive is that this was Inspector 13, a person who was easily able to defeat regular Kevin. Sure one can make the argument that this was Kevin and not Ben but there's no reason to believe Ben as Nanomech would be unable to do this.
Even after Nanomech had made his presence known Inspector 13's ship was unable to adapt to him. Earlier in the episode the same ship was able to easily adapt to Gwen's mana blasts. Unfortunately Inspector 13 was able to easily defeat Nanomech using a fly swatter but even then Nanomech was still conscious. In pain, sure but he was still conscious.
In The Frogs of War: Part 1 Nanomech was able to take out several Incursean weapons before being noticed; acting as a suitable distraction for Rook.
In The Ultimate Heist Nanomech was used to escape Albedo's prison cell. After hiding in a food tray Nanomech was picked up by the security system and had to dodge laser fire.
In It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World Nanomech's last important appearance proves just how useful he is when he uses his smal size and bio-electricty to effortlessly defeat Way Big (Mad Ben's version).

Weaknesses

Obviously Nanomech's small size doesn't make him the ideal alien for fighting. Sure he's fast, agile and can shoot bio-electricity but those can only carry you so far as shown when Inspector 13 was easily able to defeat him using a fly swatter.

Terraspin

Terraspin is a Geochelone Aerio who hails from the planet Aldabra which is in the Andromeda Galaxy. Like Water Hazard, Terraspin's powers relate to an element which in this case is air. Though Ben obtained Terraspin's DNA in the episode Escape From Aggregor its not until 8 episodes later in Reflected Glory that he actually uses him.

In the episode Escape From Aggregor Galapagus (Terraspin's DNA sample) possessed enough strength to lift and throw a car with relative ease. The total mass of an average car is around 1,500 kg which means Galapagus, and by extension Terraspin, can exert a force of 14,715 Newtons.
Galapagus was then able to rip a street pole out of the ground and use it to bat away an incoming missile.
He was then able to generate a wind strong enough that it lifted a police car off the ground. It was also able to evenly counter Big Chill's ice breath (which was strong enough to push the Rust Bucket off a cliff).
On top of all that Galapagus was able to pull a Gamera and spin so fast that he was capable of flight.
It should be noted that Galapagus come from a pacifistic species who do nothing but "eat grass all day" with barely any combat training or experience. They are so pacifistic that things like 'jail' and 'lying' are foreign concepts to them; they do have "very pleasant weather though".

As revealed in Map of Infinity, Galapagus' species (i.e Terraspin) is completely immune to mana or magic.

In Reflected Glory Terraspin makes his debut and was used to take down a giant robot. He first spins so hard that he is able to kncok it over. When the robot steps on him, Terraspin spins so fast that he creates a vortex so powerful XLR8 would be proud.
In The Forge of Creation Terraspin was used against Aggregor's robots. He was able to knock a couple out with his shell and demonstrated some very basic hand to hand combat before he was overwhelmed by the sheer number of opponents he had to deal with. Terraspin easily resolved the situation by creating a vortex to destroy them all at once by throwing them out into the chrono-randomization barrier.
In Absolute Power Terrasin was used to fight Gwen after Chromastone had failed. He was easily able to generate enough wind to lift Gwen and slam her into the wall of her house. Unfortunately Terraspin forgot to activate his mana immunity and Gwen was able to slow him down.
In the same episode Kevin (using Terraspin's powers) is able to create a small tornado (which was strong enough to sweep up cars) to sweep up Spidermonkey. Its safe to say that Terraspin could do this as well.

In Revenge of the Swarm Terraspin was able to run straight through a wall.
In Basic Training Terraspin was used to quickly put out a large fire.
In Simian Says Terraspin was used to create and manipulate a tornado to defeat a horde of DNAliens.
In The Widening Gyre Terraspin was used to fight a horde of giant mutant birds. He was so strong that he effortlessly knocked three down by simply pushing his flippers on them. He then took flight where he continued to fight the birds. He eventually got knocked down due to the amount of creatures he had to fight but even then he didn't feel anything from the fall down and when the birds pecked at his shell the noise that followed was akin to breaking metal. Of course he got them off him by spinning.
In Inspector 13 Terraspin was able to use his aerokinesis to blow Inspector 13's explosives away from Julie.

In The More Things Change: Part 2 Terraspin was shown to be perfectly capable of breathing poisonous gas. He was also able to use his aerokinesis to 'inhale' an entire room of it into himself. Of course because Omniverse!Ben took a level in jerkass the lack of this gas nearly killed all the civilians in the room who needed it to survive. When Bubble Helmet got his helmet back, Terraspin was able to pursue him while also carrying Rook.
In Many Happy Returns Terraspin was used to fight Looma Red Wind. He was easily durable enough to withstand her punching his shell while on top of her. The fight reached its peak when Terraspin accidentally cut through a pipe which lead to an explosion which both combatants tanked.
In Vilgax Must Croak Terraspin was used to knock out Attea and EightEight before leaving to catch up to Vilgax.

In While You Were Away Terraspin was used to catch up to Young One's ship and force him to land.

In T.G.I.S Terraspin was used to create air currents strong enough to lift chupcabras off the ground.

In The Ultimate Heist Terraspin was used to blow Negative Goop into a wall before attempting to retrieve the crystal.

In For a Few Brains More Terraspin was able to knock Azmuth's brain out of Ultimate Albedo's hold and retrieve Azmuth before breaking through some iron doors to escape.
In Catfight Terraspin was able to keep Looma at bay with his aerokinesis.

In Universe vs. Tennyson Terraspin used his aerokinesis to repel Fistina's rocket powered fist back towards her.

Weaknesses

Terraspin's mana immunity is not a reflex. Much like Big Chill's intangibility he has to consciously activate it to be immune to mana and/or spells.

NRG

NRG is a Prypiatosian-B who comes from the planet Prypiatos in the Andromeda Galaxy. He has the distinction of actually needing a suit to limit his powers as he is so radioactive that it is unsafe for others to be around him. Without the suit NRG is just pure radiation but that doesn't mean he's useless while in it. NRG can channel a portion of his powers through the suit. Ben obtains his DNA sample in the episode Too Hot to Handle.

In the episode Escape From Aggregor, Pandor (NRG's DNA sample) was able to heat himself up so hot that he melted a person/robot in seconds and this is when his powers are being limited by the suit.
In Too Hot to Handle Pandor's suit (and by extenstion NRG) is nigh invincible. It was easily able to handle a blow torch, a buzzsaw (which eventually broke) and a giant hammer without a dent. It was even able to withstand a piece of taydenite (the hardest substance in the universe and pretty much this universe's adamantium) attached to a drill which broke after a few seconds.

The only substance capable of cutting and opening it is pure taydenite wielded by an Osmosian such as Kevin. Once Pandor was free he began to look for 'food' and was easily able to absorb the nearby electricity.
After a slight misunderstanding Pandor demonstrated the ability to fire blasts of nuclear energy.
Jetray tried to attack him but being an energy being Pandor was naturally intangible.
Jetray then tried to use his neuroshock blasts but they were merely a snack to Pandor.
Pandor then blasted Jetray into a cliff with one of his own radioactive blasts. Pandor also displayed the ability to sense any type of radiation as shown when he knew exactly where a nuclear power plant was. Pandor then dealt with Water Hazard and though he had a little trouble dealing with the water he eventually defeated him.

Big Chill was able to freeze him... only for him to thaw out in less than a second. Big Chill then used his ice breaths to freeze him and while he did continue to thaw out it was draining on his stamina. Fortunately for him he found some uranium rods to feed on which not only brought him back to perfect condition but also made him really big and much more powerful.
In Absolute Power NRG was used to stop Ultimate Kevin from killing Alan. He proved to be surprisingly quick as he was easily able to catch Kevin's punch. NRG then fired a point-bank radiation blast at Kevin which sent him flying. NRG was then able to dodge Kevin's attacks before firing his own. Too bad Kevin liquefied himself and got a surprise attack in. Fortunately NRG was able to heat up his entire suit to force Kevin to let go. Kevin tried to finish Alan off with an electricity blast but NRG was able to intercept it.
Later in the episode NRG was Ben's third alien used in his fight with Gwen. Without even trying NRG was able to generate an eruption from the ground as well as melt the path.
In The Transmogrification of Eunice NRG was used to battle Sunder. He first used his radioactive blasts which Sunder all dodged. NRG then had to tank a laser blast to the eyes. When NRG had recovered he was able to react fast enough to catch Sunder off his ship. Unfortuately he was caught off guard by some type of sticky bomb.

In The Creature from Beyond NRG was used to fight the Lucubra. He used a nuclear blast to stop its control of Gwen. The Lucubra then tried to take control of his mind but NRG's metal suit protected him.He was then able to grab the Lucubra and throw it to the other side of the warehouse. He fired a continuous nuclear blast to create a giant crater in which the Lucubra could not escape from.
In the comic Jail Break NRG was used to fight Sool and Gontu, two escaped convicts. He was able to fire nuclear blasts and easily manipulate them to go where he wanted (possibly even splitting one into four).
In The Purge NRG was used to fight Trombibpular. He was able to heat up the road to the point where it became a pool of molten lava.

In Double or Nothing NRG was used to thaw himself out of a block of ice. He effortlessly did so by using his radiokiniesis to send out multiple beams of radioactivity. When a Vaxauurian tried to fight him he quick changed into Ultimate Spidermonkey.
Later in the episode NRG was used to fight Albedo's crew. He easily walked through Swamps' flames and picked him up. When he was tackled by Hugh, NRG was easily able to lift Hugh with one arm and throw him into a steel bar with enough force to bend it.
In The Widening Gyre NRG was used to fight the garbage monster. He was able to easily escape the garbage that was holding Ben down. NRG was able to tackle the garbage monster to the ground but was thrown off and was forced to retreat.

In The More Things Change: Part 2 NRG was used to chase Bubble Helmet's gang (intended alien was XLR8). Unfortunately he stopped and lost momentum. Needless to say his heavy body was impractical for chase them though his saliva was hot enough to melt the steel of the train tracks. He was then rammed into by a hovercraft and was able to stay standing while protecting Rook.
In So Long and Thanks for All the Smoothies NRG was used to fight Milleous and his soldiers. NRG's suit was durable enough to bounce laser fire before NRG fired a radioactive blast to melt their guns.
In Hot Stretch NRG was used to retrieve a fusion device. He was able to climb to the top of the tower until he was knocked off. However, NRG was able to trick the Kraaho into letting him out so that he could use his true form. His true form allows him to be more agile and free with his movements. He is also faster and can shoot radioactive beams out of his hands. NRG then pulled and Upchuck and swallowed the entirety of the nuclear core which allowed him to let out a pretty impressive burp before destroying the machines creating a lava flow in Bellwood.
In Showdown Part 2 NRG was used to defend Galvan Prime from the debris of Galvan B. He was able to use his radioactive blasts to destroy small amounts of debris. He then created a large enough blast to slice a meteor in half.
In Rad Monster Party NRG easily defeated Zs'skayr by going out of his suit and releasing so much light (and radiation) that he was almost having the effect of a miniature sun.

Weaknesses

Unfortunately if I'm using Pandor's abilities I also have to use his weaknesses. Even after essentially feeding on an entire nuclear reactor, Pandor is extremely vulnerable to carbon rods. His energy started to drain very quickly just because a carbonized Kevin was holding onto him (and Kevin was only a fifth his size).

Armodrillo

Armodrillo is a Talpaedan from the planet Terraexcava in the Andromeda Galaxy. Like the rest of the Andromeda aliens, Armodrillo's powers relate to an element: earth. Unlike the rest of the Andromeda aliens Armodrillo doesn't directly manipulate his element but his 'products' are created by him drilling into the ground. Ben obtains Armodrillo's DNA sample in Andreas' Fault but doesn't use him until a few episodes later in Hero Time. According to Ben in The Transmogrification of Eunice Armodrillo is 10 feet tall (or 3.048 metres).

In the episode Andreas' Fault, Andreas (Armodrillo's DNA sample) was able to create an earthquake to bring down an entire castle. This castle had no problems (from the outside) so this means that Andreas was able to create at minimum an earthquake that measured 7.0 on the Richter Scale. This would yield an energy release of 1.995262e+15 Joules which is the equivalent to 432,617.44234 metric tonnes of TNT.
Later in the episode Andreas creates another earthquake and this is the end result:
Later in the episode Andreas showed that he could easily travel underground for a surprise attack creating fissures in the ground as he did so.
Andreas' body is highly durable as shown when he was able to 'no sell' a few of Rock!Kevin's punches before shaking him around like a rattle. Jetray tried to stop him but Andreas batted him away like a fly. The vibrations he caused (without trying) were enough to shake the entire castle.

Later in the episode Andreas sacrificed himself to stop a bomb that would destroy everyone in 5 square miles. According to Kevin Andreas "set up counter vibrations that absorbed most of the blast". What's amazing though is that Andreas survived this with relatively minor injuries.
Ben first used Armodrillo in Hero Time where he was used against Computron and his minions. He was easily able to bat one of them away. In his fight he destroed several gigantic robots by simply punching them though he also created small earthquakes. He was also able to dodge a laser blast at close range. He was even able to lift one and throw it as a projectile to destroy another one.
In Reflected Glory Armodrillo was strong enough to destroy two flying bikes and was able to create a fissure in the ground.
In ..Nor Iron Bars a Cage Armodrillo was used to fight Ultimate Kevin. He was able to tackle him but ended up being hit so hard that the shock wave broke some of the supports. Armodrillo was able to recover quickly enough to get out of the way.

In The Transformogrification of Eunice, Armodrillo was used to stop Eunice from being attacked by a bear. He quickly drilled into the top of a tall rock and came out of the ground seconds later only to find Eunice had actually tamed the bear.
In Revenge of the Swarm Armodrillo was used to fight Elena Validus, the nanite queen. Elena summoned Victor Validus but Armodrillo quickly threw him out of the way before busting the door that kept Julie captive. When one Victor became three, Armodrillo created an earthquake strong enough to take out all three. Unfortunately Armodrillo was easily defeated when he tried to take on the nanite queen herself.
In The Creature from Beyond Armodrillo was used to punch through a wall and fight the Lucubra's minions.
In The More Things Change: Part 2 Armodrillo was used to fight Psyphon's gang. He was easily able to lift and throw a 'shake down machine' which were essentially large bombs (so explosive that they could destroy a large building). He was easily able to tank laser fires and was strong enough to bust down walls. He then tanked being thrown through several steel beams. Immediately afterwards he was thrown through off a building. Even though he tanked that as well Psyphon was able to defeat him by overloading his nerves causing them to go out of control and Armodrillo started creating mini-earthquakes.  To prevent innocents from being hurt Armodrillo intentionally dived into a nearby voltage generator and electrocuted himself timing him out.
In Of Predators and Prey: Part 1 Armodrillo was used to lift Mucilator off himself and throw him into the air. Unfortunately Khyber decided to play dirty and turn Mucilator into Armodrillo's natural predator, Slamworm. Armodrillo was quickly sent flying but was able to quick change into Heatblast.
In Of Predators and Prey: Part 2 Armodrillo fought Khyber nd his pet. Armodrill easily defeated Khyber by hitting him and was able to dodge Crabdozer by propelling himself into the air. He then drilled into the energy binds that had Rook incapacitated. He then fought Slamworm and considering he was fighting his natural predator, he did pretty well. He destroyed one of the support beams which dropped an artifact on Slamworm's tail.
In Malefactor Armodrillo was used to fight Crabdozer where he was able to successfully hold Crabdozer back before flipping him over with a single punch. Bare in mind that Crabdozer was pushing Heatblast back, who had just stopped a bell weighing 3,000 pounds so Crabdozer must at least 3,000 pounds to push Heatblast backwards. Armodrillo then had to fight Slamworm and while that didn't go so well, Armodrillo was able to save people from the wooden bell (the same one that Heatblast stopped) by creating a minor earthquake. Of course after that Slamworm tried to eat its prey but Armodrillo was able to hold back its jaws and was able to get Slamworm to send him flying into the stage.
In Special Delivery Armodrillo was used to retrieve a package from Zombozo, Trumbipulor and Fistrick. His strength seemed to be on par with Trumbipulor's but Armodrillo was able to send Trumbipulor flying with a single punch. He then dodged laser fire and created a crevice so that Fistrick would get stuck in it. He then did the same to Zombozo but the package went missing.
In Rules of Engagement Armodrillo tried to fight Looma. Emphasis on tried. He created fissures in the ground and even used his drills on her but nothing worked to the point where she was being tickled by his attacks. Looma ended the fight by punching him into Rook.

In And Then There Were Ben No Watch Ben used Armodrillo to create a small earthquake so that 10-year-old Ben Prime would get the Omnitrix stuck to his wrist.

Weaknesses

Unfortunately Andreas, and by extension Armodrillo, is vulnerable to attacks to the nerves (like Argit's needles) despite that armored body. This was later exploited by Psyphon in The More Things Change: Part 2 and Armodrillo's nerves went out of control as a result.

Even though Armodrillo can easily dig underground, he still needs air to breath. As shown in Revenge of the Swarm when the nanites easily took away his oxygen.

In The More Things Change: Part 2 it was revealed that Armodrillo is extremely vulnerable to electricity due to his metallic body.

AmpFibian

AmpFibian is an Amperi who comes from the planet Tesslos in the Andromeda Galaxy. He is the last of the Andromeda Aliens and as you can probably tell by his name, electricity as his main power. While we have had previous electricity based aliens, none of them really take it to the level AmpFibian does. According to Ra'ad Amperi are "masters of the electromagnetic spectrum". AmpFibian is also the only one of the Andromeda Aliens to be used in the episode where his DNA was scanned into the Ultimatrix; Fused.

In Fused Ra'ad, AmpFibian's DNA sample, was able to travel inside electrical currents such as those inside lightning strikes. He used a lightning strike to hit a pole where he then travelled only the wires to find Ben's house.
Ra'ad was then able to attack Ben and was able to tackle Jetray through a door and then a window before deflecting a neuroshock blast.
Ra'ad then displayed the ability to go intangible.
Before Jetray even turned around Ra'ad had travelled through the electrical currents up to the top of the power pole and began to feed on the surrounding electricity.
Ra'ad was then able to use this electricity to create lightning bolts which he used to try and kill Jetray. Too bad Jetray was able to go fast enough to dodge them and eventually tackle Ra'ad to the ground.
Jetray tackles him through a fence, a metal pole, a propene tank explosion before ending up in the pool. Fortunately Ra'ad can use his electricity underwater. Unfortunately when he came up, he was still halfway in the water so he ended up electrocuting himself due to not being fully submerged or fully out of the water (because that's how electricity works).
Later in the episode Ra'ad demonstrated some form of mind reading. He was somehow able to know that Aggregor had re-captured his friends despite him being nowhere near them at the time. He was also able to sense that Kevin "was wondering if Aggregor is an Osmosian just like you [Kevin]" by sensing the electrical pulses of the brain. However Ben himself has not trained AmpFibian to use this ability just yet (according to Word of God). When Ben released him Ra'ad demonstrated that he could levitate people in the air using electrical bolts. Considering Brainstorm has demonstrated this ability its safe to say that AmpFibian could do this as well.
Ra'ad then fired a bolt of electricity which was stopped by the Ultimatrix's scan feature. When he realised he couldn't win, Ra'ad used the scan feature to hide inside the Ultimatrix just like Zs'skayr did for the original Omnitrix.
Later in the episode Ben uses AmpFibian and tries to fight Aggregor but aggregor is undeterred by the electrical blasts. Gwen teleports him away and Ra'ad starts to take over. AmpFibian/Ra'ad demonstrates the ability to electrocute a person by seimply holding on to them but what's impressive is that he electrocuted Kevin who absorbs energy such as electricity.
Later in the episode Ra'ad was able to generate a bolt of electricity that was able fight on par with Aggregor's staff; a weapon Aggregor stated was specifically designed to deal with electrical beased lifeforms. Though he lost the beam struggle, he was able to overload it so much that it created an explosion the size of a garage and yet Ra'ad still survives this (somehow).
In Map of Infinity Aggregor (now with Ra'ad's powers) was easily able to damage Max's entire nervous system. Because he was using Ra'ad's powers to do this, its not too much of a far cry to think AmpFibian could also do it.

In Deep AmpFibian displayed the ability to breathe underwater. He also showed that he was a pretty capable swimmer, able to outswim an experienced Piscuss Volann. (well he is a jellyfish).
He was able to swim fast enough to dodge laser blasts and was able to create an electrical net which he then reabsorbed and fired out as electricity ropes.
In Victor: The Spoils AmpFibian, even though he was unconcsious, was able to generate enough electricity to transfer Xarion's soul into Dr. Victor's body.

In Inspector 13 Kevin as AmpFibian was able to use AmpFibian's intangibility like Big Chill except instead of freezing his opponents, he electrocuted them. He was then able to fire off lightning bolts to destroy more Techadon Robots. He was able to fire off a lightning bolt straight through 3 Techadon Robots in a row.
In Have I Got a Deal for You AmpFibian was used to steal the Screegit. He did this by generating enough electricity to electrocute Pax and Professor Hokestar. Unfortunately Solid Plugg is essentially a sentient rock and AmmFibian was unable to generate enough electricity to incapacitate him. He was then thrown against a wall. Fortunately AmpFibian was able to escape with the Screegit and was able to fly across the city of Bellwood.
In Special Delivery AmpFibian was used to fight a tribe pf Kraaho. He was able to fly fast enough to dodge a barrage of laser fire before stretching out his arms and electrocuting a couple of the Kraaho before doing the same to the rest of the tribe.
In Rad AmpFibian was able to electrify the ground to electrocute Pax, one of Wildvine's species.
In Max's Monster AmpFibian chased after Phil and was able to use his electricity to harm him despite Phil actually being able to absorb electricity. AmpFibian continued to do this until Phil became overloaded with electricity. Unfortunately AmpFibian let his guard down and Phil was able to recuperate by absorbing the electricity form AmpFibian.
In The Rooters of All Evil AmpFibian attempted to fight Swift but was defeated after tanking a laser blast and a landslide.

Weaknesses

Just like with Big Chill, Ra'ad and by extension AmpFibian's intangibility is selective and not a reflex. This is demonstrated when Jetray could tackle him after dodging his lightning bolts.

Ra'ad and by extension AmpFibian can end up electrocuting himself if he uses his powers while halfway submerged in water. He can use them fully submerge in water though so...

As shown in Have I Got a Deal for You AmpFibian's electricity will barely affect beings that are good insulators such as Solid Plugg.

AmpFibian is vulnerable to having his electricity absorbed.

Fasttrack

OK I'm going to be blunt here. Fasttrack is a complete rip off of XLR8 from his powers to the colour scheme. While we have had aliens that are similar to previous aliens (like Swampfire or AmpFibian), those aliens always expanded upon certain powers so that they were still original. Fasttrack just rips off XLR8's powers simply for the sake of having a speedster in Ultimate Alien. (sigh) Well I guess I'll cover his powers anyway. Fasttrack is a Citrakayah who comes from the planet Chalybeas.

Fasttrack makes his debut in Basic Training where he was used to save Hulka and Tack from being killed in an explosion. This is a particularly impressive speed feat because instead of simply grabbing Hulka and Tack away from the explosion, well it wasn't that simple. The bomb was magnetized on Tack's hand so Fasttrack would've had to save them after the bomb went off but before the explosion reached either of them which is practically unbelievable considering the bomb was stuck on Tack's hand. The general range of velocity for an explosion is between 2,000 and 8,000 m/s. At minimum Fasttrack would've had to travel 7,200 kmph to save Hulka and Tack. Actually that would be the velocity needed if he was right next to them but Ben wasn't. He was standing several meters away so Fasttrack would've had to be moving at a faster velocity to accomplish this feat. Said bomb was also a fusion grenade which likely has a higher detonation velocity than the bare minimum. Also of note is that Fasttrack was easily able to carry both Hulka and Tack without losing his speed. Hulka didn't appreciate it though due to Ben using his powers.

Given that the bomb was approximately 10 centimeters, Fasttrack only had about 0.00005 seconds (or 50 microseconds) to save both Tack and Hulka. Comparing Ben's show size to the ramp, we can find that the ramp has a length of 2.84 meters. Assuming this is a constant measurement for all ramps within the room we can find that the total length of the room is approximately 31.17 meters. Using pixel measuring, I can find that the overall length of the explosion was approximately 16.9 meters. To move this distance in 50 microseconds, Fasttrack would've had to be going 338,000 metres per seconds meaning he was moving at approximately mach 985.
In A Knight to Remember Fasttrack was used to dodge laser fire and disarm a squad of elite Forever Knights.
In Solitary Alignment Fasttrack was used to fight Sir George, the first Knight. Fasttrack was able to dodge all of his attacks but he wasn't able to do much more than that. To be fair though Sir George was able to move his sword fast enough to create a vacuum that blew even Humungousaur away.
In Enemy of My Frenemy Fasttrack was used to pull Gwen and Kevin along with him to escape the Scrutins. He was moving so fast that Kevin (at the end of the mana rope) was consistently airborne for a good portion of Fasttrack's run. He also had to dodge lasers and demonstrated excellent jumping ability as he was easily able to jump several stories in a single bound. This bound caused the team to completely go over the over side of the rock where Fasttrack was able to support his, Gwen's and Kevin's weight using only his fingers.
In Couples Retreat Fasttrack was used to catch up to Darkstar, who was now capable of flying at great speeds. Unfortunately Ben lost Darkstar before turning into Fasttrack so Fasttrack scouted several city blocks in a matter of seconds before catching up to him. When he did Fasttrack was forced to endure an explosion that spanned the entire park. After Charmcaster allowed Darkstar into her realm Fasttrack revealed that there were barely any injuries as he was able to speed around looking for the page Darkstar stole.
In The Eggman Cometh Fasttrack was seen training with Kevin. He was easily able to send Kevin flying and was able to dodge all of the nets that Kevin fired at him. Kevin then started firing ice blasts at him which he easily dodged. Fasttrack did slip on one of the ice puddles though.
Later in the episode Fasttrack was used to try and stop Animo's missile. While he did display the ability to accelerate his speed as he so willed it to, he just didn't have enough momentum to catch the missile in mid-air. He immediately got up and started racing again but then he realized he was going too fast and found himself unable to stop.
In The Beginning of the End Fasttrack used his speed to his advantage so that he could hit the Esoterica as Gwen pointed them out.

Weaknesses

Much like XLR8, Fasttrack is cocky and overconfident thinking that with his speed he is untouchable. This is why Sir George was able to handlebar him into a wall.

Fasttrack has trouble adjusting to changes in friction as shown when he slipped on an ice puddle in The Eggman Cometh.

As revealed in The Eggman Cometh if he's moving fast enough Fasttrack will eventually reach a point where he is moving too fast and will find it difficult to stop.

ChamAlien

ChamAlien is a Merlinisapien from a planet no one knows of because it is impossible to find. Due to this his species never got scanned into the Omnitrix until Prisoner Number 775 is Missing. Unfortunately ChamAlien is one of the 'bad' aliens introduced in Ultimate Alien. Its not that he's useless or even that he's unoriginal. Its just that previous aliens can use his powers and to a much greater extent than he can. Its for this reason that he only appeared in two episodes (one of them being his debut). He did have an appearance in Omniverse but that got scrapped due to the story getting changed. Still he's not entirely useless so I guess I'll cover his powers.

ChamAlien's DNA sample, Prisoner Number 775, was held in a cell for possibly decades for doing absolutely nothing wrong. So naturally he tried to escape and he did so by making full use of his camouflage abilities.
He then was able to easily climb up a cliffside while maintaining his camouflage and made as little noise as possible. He did this in the span of a short conversation. Prisoner Number 775 then got into one of the Plumbers' ships and used it to escape.
According to an officer, Prisoner Number 775 came charging right at him and "bullets didn't slow him". Now this means one of two things. Prisoner Number 775 and by extension ChamAlien is so durable that bullets don't do anything or they can dodge bullets. Considering Merlinisapiens are a species that specialize in stealth the former explanation is unlikely so that leaves the latter. The average bullet travels 762 meters per second (1,700 miles per hour/2,735.885 kmph). The only reason Prisoner Number 775 didn't kill the officer is because the officer said he had a family.

Prisoner Number 775 was then confronted by Ben's Team where he was agile enough to dodge Kevin's punches before proving strong enough to throw Kevin (who was encased in steel) into Gwen. He was also strong enough to push a car with enough force it ran into Humungousaur. Though Humungousaur was unaffected, Prisoner Number 775 was easily able to do the same to a truck which had enough force to send Humungousaur flying into a building.
Prisoner Number 775 then fought Humungousaur and though he ended up stuck in Humungousaur's grip his body was slippery enough to get out of it.This slipperiness also allowed him to escape Gwen's mana 'rope'. Prisoner Number 775 was finally trapped in a force field though his running around and slipperiness made it difficult on Gwen saying that "I don't know how much longer I can hold him". Remember that Gwen's force fields consistently hold off laser fire. After tricking Gwen into letting down her force field by turning invisible Prisoner Number 775 easily took down one of the support beams of the building which brought down the entire building. Gwen was able to use a force field to protect Ben's Team from having a building fall on top of them. Remember just a few minutes ago Gwen used a similar force field to hold Prisoner 775 and that wasn't working as much.
After this Prisoner number 775 was clever enough to use his camouflage to find out where the heroes were going to protect Rozum and then displayed the strength to hold on to a plane that was going to Florida. Because they were just outside Bellwood the distance this plane would've had to go is 1,225.6 miles. The Rust Bucket 3 is far more advanced than anything we have done (capable of going at FTL speeds) so let's assume it was going as fast as the fastest jet in the world: 4,520 mph. Prisoner Number 775 was able to hold on to a jet that was travelling at Mach 5 speeds for 1,225 miles.
After beng found out Prisoner Number 775 was able to easily dodge one of Gwen's mana projectiles before knocking Ben and Kevin over and running away.
Prisoner Number 775 eventually found Rozum's family and intended to kill them though he was stopped by Wildmutt. Prisoner Number 775 overpowered Wildmutt and even though his mana was being tracked allowing Gwen to call out where he was, he was able to move quick enough to change his position and attack Kevin. Prisoner Number 775 then demonstrated that he had a prehenstile tail which he could also grow a stinger out of to use as a weapon.
Unfortunately for him Wildmutt went Ultimate and completely destroyed him. Still Prisoner Number 775 was positively wrecking Ben's Team and likely have gotten away with it if it wasn't for that one Ultimate Form.
ChamAlien's first and only legitimate use was in The Flame Keeper's Circle where he was used to infiltrate... the Flame Keeper's Circle. It also appears that he's gotten better at disguising his shadow.

Weaknesses

Unfortuantely Prisoner Number 775, and by extension ChamAlien's, camouflage is just... camouflage. He is not completely invisible and as such, light particles still hit his body creating a shadow which can be exploited and seen by observant opponents (though ChamAlien appears to have gotten better at it).

Of course if his opponent has a certain degree of enhanced smell they won't have to be observant as Prisoner Number 775's, and by extension ChamAlien's, scent can still be tracked.

But if you aren't observant and don't have enhanced smell, don't worry because as long as you can have a way to track his mana/life force you'll be fine.

Eatle

Eatle is apparently an Oyrctini from the planet Coleop Terra. I say 'apparently' because that information was revealed by a ****ing toy site instead of official sources (by which I mean the show, DVDs, comics or even WOG statements). Unreliable information aside Eatle is one of the 'ripoff' aliens, this time ripping off Upchuck except this ripoff is much worse! While Fasttrack was a ripoff he still was useful in his debut episode. Eatle on the other hand gets defeated as soon as Ben transforms into him in the episode A Knight to Remember. I'll give credit where credit is due as Eatle did seem to be able to endure Vilgax's laser blasts and only changed back when Kevin landed on him.

Its not until three episodes later in Enemy of My Frenemy that we actually find out what Eatle's powers involve. Naturally the alien named Eat-le is going to have a power involving eating things (I told you he was an Upchuck ripoff). Eatle can easily pick up a large rock and crush it using his strong jaws.
If you didn't think him eating things as his main power was a ripoff of Upchuck, Eatle can use the materials he eats to generate lasers. Sure they aren't in projectile form like Upchuck but its practically the same power.
However, what is different is the amount of power behind this attack. While Upchuck's projectiles act as a mild explosive (like a large grenade), Eatle's lasers from eating one relatively small rock are powerful enough to cut a mountain in half and making it explode.
Later in the episode Eatle was used to try and destroy the Sorcerer's Engine, a machine that could steal the life force of everyone in Ledgerdomain. He was strong enough to knock away one of Charmcaster's stone creatures and was surprisingly agile enough to jump on top of another one and give himself a boost meters into the air.
He was also strong enough to rip some metal off the machine and turn it into a ball to throw at Kevin. However, he realized that he couldn't possibly eat the entirety of the Sorcerer's Engine so he opted to quick change into Chromastone and if you're reading this in the order I think you are, you probably know how well that turned out.
In Catch a Falling Star Eatle was durable enough to tank one of Captain Nemesis' laser. The same laser minutes earlier had been able to incapacitate Gwen even after she put an energy shield up. He was also crushed under kilograms of metal and his only reaction was to start eating it. After doing so Eatle was able to power up a laser to not only equal the power of his opponents but completely overpower it. When Captain Nemesis tried to punch him Eatle was able to grab his hand and crush the gauntlet. He then was forced to tank a beatdown by Captain Nemesis' power suit (which was being piloted by Jennifer Nocturne) causing him to change back. Ben would've died but thankfully Gwen was there to save the day.
In The Ultimate Enemy: Part 1 Eatle was used to fight a super-powered Vilgax. Eatle was able to charge with enough power to send Vilgax into the cave's wall. Vilgax threw Eatle into Sir George Eatle then took another approach by firing lasers at Vilgax. Eatle then rammed into Vilgax with enough force to send him flying through several buildings. Eatle protected Sir George from being crushed by a building.
Turns out they both survived. Eatle then confronted Vilgax again but Vilgax was able to take advantage of Eatle's blind spot. After being thrown into Sir George (again) Eatle quick changed into Humungousaur.
In Hot Stretch Eatle was used to obtain the fusion engine that Ester had stolen. He fired a laser but had to survive a fall from of some height. He did succeed but was stopped by Ester's tribe. Before he could continue the fight the Omnitrix timed him out.

In OTTO Motives Eatle ate some of Kevin's car to charge up and fire lasers powerful enough to knock over OTTO who was pretty much a Transformer at this point.

Weaknesses

Due to his eye placement Eatle has a weak spot between his eyes. Thankfully his redesign rectified this in Omniverse.

Clockwork

Tired of the 'bad' and unoriginal aliens? Well don't worry because Clockwork is here to give us a break from the unoriginality. Clockwork is a Chronosapien and has the ability to manipulate time itself. While he did make a cameo in Inspector 13 Ben doesn't actually use him until three episodes later in Catch a Falling Star. Its likely that he is one of the new aliens 'Ultimate Ben' put in Present Day Ben's Omnitrix/Ultimatrix.

Ben finally uses Clockwork in Catch a Falling Star where its revealed that Clockwork can shoot out time rays that age anything to dust. He used one of these time rays to age Captain Nemesis' metal bar to dust and was about to arrest him when he was caught off guard by Jennifer Nocturne using Captain Nemesis' laser hand and was defeated.
In The Eggman Cometh Clockwork was used to find out where the 'dragon' came from. To do this he displayed a new ability. By spinning his dial really fast Clockwork can use an ability called Retrocognitition to see events from the past. This power isn't exclusive to Clockwork either as he was able to show Gwen, Kevin and his aunt Natalie what happened.
In The Beginning of the End Clockwork used his retrocognition to find out what the Esoterrica were up to and where they were going. Clockwork has demonstrated better experience with this power that he can now hear what's going on rather than watching what had previously happened with no sound.
In A Jolt from the Past Clockwork was used to chase after the Megawhatts (intended alien was XLR8). He would've lost them if it weren't for the fact that they wanted him to follow them.

In Ben Again both 11 year old Clockwork and 16 year old Clockwork blasted Eon with their time rays to restore the multiverse to its natural balance.

In Bengeance is Mine Clockwork fought one of Vilgax's squid monsters and demonstrated much greater control over his chronokinesis, to the point where he could actually slow time down to the point where it looked as if Clockwork was actually a speedster. However, Clockwork seems exhausted after doing this so it is not an ability to be often used. Clockwork was also able to throw a pipe into a concrete wall with enough force that it cracked.
In And Then There Was Ben it is revealed that Clockwork creates a ripple effect in the time stream when he uses his time powers. Later in the episode No Watch Ben used Clockwork to restore the multiverse that Vilgax had destroyed and bring every Ben 10 back into existence. Clockwork then sent all the bad Bens back to their own timelines.
In It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World: Part 1 Clockwork was easily able to undo Mad Ben's transformation. He did this by using his time rays to send Mad Ben back in time to the exact moment before he activated his transformation "and left him there" effectively freezing Mad Ben in time. Also due to Clockwork's physiology, Upgrade (or as Ben 23 calls him "Techno-Bubble") was able to upgrade him. Clockwork was able to sense Maltruant's key but whether this is Clockwork's natural ability or not is unknown. Clockwork was then able to tank a hit from Exo-Skull and had enough strength to hold him off and thanks to his upgrade was able to send Exo-Skull flying. Clockwork then engaged Maltruant in a beam struggle but Maltruant was too powerful for him even with his upgrade and was timed out.

Weaknesses

As revealed in Catch a Falling Star Clockwork's body isn't very durable as one of Captain Nemesis' lasers was easily able to break his arm and put him out of commission.

Due to his large and metallic body, Clockwork is naturally slow and doesn't have much stamina. This was displayed in his chase of the Megawhatts in A Jolt from the Past.

As shown in Bengeance is Mine Clockwork can be stunned if his 'key' takes a large enough impact.

The ripple effect created by Clockwork when he uses his time powers can be sensed by other time manipulators.

Jury Rigg

Jury Rigg is apparently a Planchakule from the planet Aul-turrhen. That's right Jury Rigg is in the same boat as Eatle where his species name and planet was revealed by a toy site. Moving on, Jury Rigg is another of Ben's aliens where his personality drastically changes. This time he just wants to destroy anything and everything and as such he can be a bit hard to control. Jury Rigg made his debut in The Eggman Cometh

In The Eggman Cometh Ben accidentally transformed into Jury Rigg when Kevin's car hit a rock. He wasted no time taking apart Kevin's Car starting with the brakes. He continued to take the car apart until Kevin grabbed on to him and threw him into the back seat.
Later in the episode Jury Rigg was used to destroy Animo's machine. He was agile enough to dodge Animo's attacks and destroyed the de-evolution ray in less than a minute. Of course upon realizing that they needed to reverse the polarity so they could evolve the dinosaurs back into chickens Gwen told Jury Rigg to fix it and he did so with surprising speed and made it into a harness so that Jetray could use it. However Jury Rigg didn't put a targeting system on it so the ray also happened to evolve some particular humans into having enhanced intelligence.
In Gone Fishin' Jury Rigg was used to fight a group of robot pirates. He disassembled several of them in mere seconds before reassembling and reprogramming one of them while also adding three pairs of arms and forced it to fight the rest of the robot pirates.
In Rules of Engagement Jury Rigg was able to use scraps from Rook's destroyed Proto-TRUK to create the Tenn-Speed. What's impressive is that it took him less than 10 seconds to turn a bunch of scrap into a fully functional motorcycle.
In Food Around the Corner Jury Rigg was able to break through iron bars that were reinforced to the point where an Appoplexian (Rath's species) couldn't break through them. Jury Rigg also fixed some sort of door A.I.
In Return to Forever Jury Rigg modified the Highbreed Pulse Generator in a matter of seconds. Its intended affect was to eradicate dozens of alien species yet Jury Rigg modified it to mutate Will Harangue into an alien, giving Will so long overdue karma.
In Mystery, Incorporeal Jury Rigg fought one of Charmcaster's rock monsters. Naturally his small size put him at a disadvantage but the rock monster punched him to where a broken food truck was. In seconds Jury Rigg turned a broken truck into a complicated flamethrower that was powered by hot sauce. When he ran out of ammo, the rock monster bit onto the Omnitrix symbol which created a giant explosion.
In It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World: Part 1 Jury Rigg fought Mad Ben who had turned into Cannonbolt. Fortunately he had Ben 23 to help him but unfortunately Jury Rigg literally had scrap to work with. As such he could only create a bazooka that fired scrap and though it was able to knock Diamondhead down, it really wasn't a suitable weapon.

Weaknesses

Jury Rigg's small size allows him to be overwhelmed by larger opponents as shown when Kevin was able to pick him up and throw him into the back seat.

Ultimate Forms

As I said the Ultimatrix has an evolutionary feature which allows Ben to 'evolve' any alien he chooses by simply hitting the Omnitrix again. This makes his aliens much more powerful than they should be. When Albedo was using it he was able to hold off an entire army of Humungousaurs.

Ultimate Swampfire

Ultimate Swampfire was the first Ultimate Form to be used by Ben. He was used to fight Vilgax when regular Swampfire was getting his ass kicked. He wasted no time demonstrating just how much more powerful he was than regular Swampfire when he completely encased Vilgax in a blue fire blast. At minimum this fire would have had to be at a temperature of 1500 degrees Celsius.
Ultimate Swampfire then displayed the ability to fire clusters of seed grenades.
When the ship started to go under the sea, Ultimate Swampfire showed that he could create fire jets under water.
In Ultimate Aggregor Ultimate Swampfire was able to generate fire so hot that it melted through a stone wall in a few seconds.
He then engaged Aggregor's robots in combat where two of his grenades created this gigantic explosion:
He then tanked a nuclear blast fired at him by Pandor.
In The Big Story Ultimate Swampfire engaged the plant monster in combat. He proved to be surprisinly agile as he dodged its attacks with ease. He then proved to be strong enough to lift its jaws before using a fire grenade to completely disintegrate the enitre plant monster and reduce it to ashes.
In Ben 10,000 Returns Ultimate Swampfire was used to fight Eon and his minions. He made use of his fire bombs and was able to use his vines to prevent Eon's time ray from erradicating him. Ultimate Swampfire also demonstrated that he was faster than he looked as as soon as Eon's time ray aged the vines to dust, Ultimate Swampfire was easily able to restrain him. Unfortunately Eon was able to overpower him and age him to dust anyway.

Weaknesses

In Ultimate Aggregor Ultimate Swampfire showed that he was weak against electricity.

Ultimate Spidermonkey

Ultimate Spidermonkey was used against Bivalvan in the episode Fame. Despite his design he appears to have kept his impressive agility, if not exceeded it, from his devolved form as he was easily able to dodge Bivalvan's water blasts in quick succession as well as bounce off a stalagmite. He delivered a beatdown on Bivalavn before tying him up with an excess of webbing (which comes out of his mouth for some reason).

In The Transmogrification of Eunice Ultimate Spidermonkey was used to fight Sunder. During the fight Ultimate Spidermonkey effortlessly uprooted a tree and used it as a weapon. He was able to dodge Sunder's axe strikes but Sunder was able to punch him to the ground. Ultimate Spidermonkey was then forced to tank a point black laser to the face.
In The Purge Ultimate Spidermonkey was used to fight Driscoll in single combat. While Driscoll did have the edge at some points of the fight Ultimate Spidermonkey overpowered him and slammed him into a wall. Ultimate Spidermonkey then demonstrated that he could use one of his spider legs as a stabbing weapon before changing back so that Ben could deliver a badass boast.
In Simian Says Ultimate Spidermonkey effortlessly defeated Mizaru.

In Double or Nothing Ultimate Spidermonkey was used to fight a Vaxaurian named Hugh. He effortlessly defeated Hugh by webbing him to a wall.
In The Mother of All Vreedles Ultimate Spidermonkey was used to fight the Vreedles on their own spaceship. He effortlessly defeated the Vreedle Brothers but was defeated when the spaceship went into space. This forced him off the spaceship and Ultimate Spidermonkey was forced to crash into an island during atmospheric re-entry. Fortunately Ultimate Spidermonkey regained consciousness and was able to generate enough web to allow him to survive the impact.

Weaknesses

As shown in The Mother of All Vreedles while Ultimate Spidermonkey can survive in upper atmospheric conditions he still needs air and as such can't function in space.

Ultimate Big Chill

Ultimate Big Chill was used against Vulkanus and his goons in the episode Hit 'Em Where They Live. He quickly was able to freeze an entire hall way before using ice flames to freeze Vulkanus in less than a second.
In Escape From Aggregor Ultimate Big Chill was able to generate fire blasts out of his hands.
Ultimate Big Chill was then able to generate a vortex of fire to freeze Galapagus in place.
In Ultimate Aggregor Ultimate Big Chill was able to breath fire so cold it not only created a wall of ice but made it snow. It also froze his smoothie in less than 10 seconds.
In Victor: The Spoils Ultimate Big Chill was used to fight Dr. Victor. While he was easily able to freeze the surrounding Zarkovian soldiers, it seems Dr. Victor had picked up some sort of cold immunity as he was unaffected and promptly defeated Ultimate Big Chill with an electrical clap.

In Greetings from Techadon Ultimate Big Chill was used to fight the fourth incarnation of the Techadon robot. He was first able to freeze rocks in place while they were still in free fall. Ultimate Big Chill then lead the techadon robot to a deserted area and was able to dodge a missile before quick changing into Echo Echo.
In The Flame Keeper's Circle Ultimate Big Chill was able to freeze several Esoterrica guards while they were warping between dimensions.

Weaknesses

As proven in his fight with Dr. Victor in Victor: The Spoils Ultimate Big Chill retains Big Chill's weakness to electricity.

Ultimate Humungousaur

In The Final Battle: Part 2 Albedo was able to use Ultimate Humungousaur to defeat regular Humungousaur and then hold off an entire army of Humungousaurs before he timed out. He displayed abilities such as enhanced strength and missile firing.

In Too Hot to Handle Ben was able to use Ultimate Humungousaur to fire missiles which nearly brought a cave down. He was then forced to hold up a rock that was just as big as himself (possibly more.
In Hero Time Ultimate Humungousaur was easily able to beat Captain Nemesis and throw him around like a ragdoll.

In The Enemy of my Enemy Ultimate Humungousaur engaged Kevin in combat. He was able to throw Kevin so hard that the resulting impact shook the entire space station. Unfortunately Kevin eventually won the fight.

In Girl Trouble Ultimate Humungousaur fought Antonio; a being who had on par strength with Humungousaur. Ultimate Humungousaur proved to have better reflexes than Humungousaur as attacks that regular Humungousaur got hit by were easily dodged. Antonia was able to grab both his hands but Ultimate Humungousaur used his missiles to gain some distance. It was clear who was the winner was and although Ultimate Humungousaur could've won by himself, he opted for tricking Antonio into electrocuting himself.
In The Ultimate Sacrifice Ultimate Humungousaur was used to fight a giant robot. Due to a glitch in the Ultimatrix, Ultimate Humungousaur gained sentience of his own and without Ben's restraint he was able to hurl it 15 meters in one blow. This alone nearly defeated it but Ultimate Humungousaur fired missiles at it and started to pummel it into the ground. He then easily defeated Gwen and Kevin and only started to stop when Ben started regaining control. He then tanked Kevin hitting him with enough force to send him flying down the city block. Gwen was able to use a spell to allow Ben to change himself back but it didn't work. Also despite his feats of strength he was easily able to be held down by carbon fiber ropes (though this could be partially due to Ben holding back his strength). However he did eventually break out of them.

Later in the episode Ultimate Humungousaur was able to easily lift and throw Way Big.

In Solitary Alignment Ultimate Humungousaur was used to fight Sir George. He easily tanked a shockwave to the body before firing missiles and creating his own shockwave by punching the ground.
In Couples Retreat Ultimate Humungousaur was used to fight a supercharged Darkstar. He was easily able to punch Darkstar into the ground but Darkstar was easily able to throw Ultimate Humungousaur off him. He shot missiles out at Darkstar but Darkstar easily shrugged them off. This went on and on but eventually Charmcaster threw Gwen out of a 30 story building and Ultimate Humungousaur had to catch her.

Ultimate Cannonbolt

Ultimate Cannonbolt was first used in the episode Too Hot to Handle against Pandor. He was easily able to contain Pandor who was a being made out of radioactive energy and put him back in his containment suit.

In Perplexahedron Ultimate Cannonbolt was used to fight Ultimate Aggregor. While Ultimate Cannonbolt easily held the upper hand in the fight, it took one surprise attack for him to drop the piece of the Map of Infinity thus Aggregor was able to claim it and retreat.
In The Transmogrification of Eunice Ultimate Cannonbolt was used to catch up to Sunder. When he eventually did he fought Sunder and proceeded to beat him to the ground. His armor proved strong enough to deflect Sunder's energy axe while he was unbalanced. Sunder eventually defeated him but Gwen and Kevin were able to distract Sunder long enough for Ultimate Cannonbolt to recover and deliver one last roll attack to get Sunder to drop the Unitrix.
In It's Not Easy Being Gwen Ultimate Cannonbolt was used to fight Dr Animo and his giant mutant frog. In ball form he was easily able to jump through the ceiling and crash on top of Animo. He was also able to grab hold of the giant mutant frog's tongue and roll with enough force to lift it before punching it into a wall.

Ultimate Echo Echo

Ultimate Echo Echo made his debut in Map of Infinity where he was used to fight a group of Necrofriggians. During this fight he displayed the ability to create sonic disks which released intense sound waves. These sonic disks where able to take out three Necrofriggians even while they were intangible (makes sense because sound isn't matter).

Ultimate Echo Echo has the ability to fly and was able to create sound waves to push Gwen and Kevin to safety. His sonic disks were able to create sound waves to knock out a dragon.
In The Enemy of my Enemy Ultimate Echo Echo was able to contain a nuclear fusion grenade long enough for him to push it far enough into space to save an entire space station.
In Absolute Power Ultimate Echo Echo was used to fight Ultimate Kevin. He first used his sound manipulation to push Kevin through several buildings. Kevin then flies up and shoots diamond projectiles at him which Ultimate Echo Echo repels using his sound manipulation. He did have some trouble when Kevin started using Lodestar's powers to magnetize him. Ultimate Echo Echo tanks a steel girder being throwen at him before using his sonic disks to destroy a tank. Ultimate Echo Echo finally defeats Ultimate Kevin by surrounding him with sonic disks and using a move called 'Sonic Doom'. He has the opportunity to kill Kevin but Gwen convinces him otherwise.
In Victor: The Spoils Ultimate Echo Echo was used to prevent Echo Echo from falling to his death and was able to use three sonic disks to take out three missiles.

In Double or Nothing Ultimate Echo Echo effortlessly defeated Negative Rath using his sonic discs.
In The Perfect Girlfriend Ultimate Echo Echo was used to fight Elena. While he was able to incapacitate her with his sonic disks he stopped when Elena turned into Julie.

Weaknesses

Ultimate Echo Echo is susceptible to magnetism.

Despite Ultimate Echo's physiology being mechanical in nature he still has lungs inside that mechanical body and as such is susceptible to choking on things such as nanoships.

Ultimate Wildmutt

Ultimate Wildmutt made his debut in Prisoner Number 775 is Missing where he fought Prisoner Number 775 who had effortlessly defeated Wildmutt, Gwen and Kevin. Well the advantage ball changed pretty fast as Ultimate Wildmutt was able to move fast enough to grab Prisoner Number 775 and deliver a pretty brutal smack down on him. Ultimate Wildmutt gains an aggressive personality as well as the ability to speak.
In The Ultimate Enemy: Part 2 Ultimate Wildmutt was used to get back into the fray against Diagon. He was easily able to use one of the Esoterica as his chew toy.

Ultimate Way Big

Just when you thought Ben's most powerful (practical) alien wasn't overpowered enough they decided to give him an Ultimate form. Ultimate Way Big's first and only appearance was in the Ultimate Alien finale The Ultimate Enemy where he fought Diagon. He was able to jump high enough to land on Diagon's face and was strong enough to pull Diagon to the ground (bare in mind that from Diagon's perspective Ultimate way Big is still the size of a large insect), Ultimate Way Big then demonstrated his new cosmic rays which were powerful enough to destroy buildings even when he wasn't trying. He was able to spin fast enough to completely reflect Diagon's laser beams and retaliated by using a new ability. The ability to generate cosmic disks which were powerful enough to slice one of Diagon's tentacles off. Unfortunately despite all this Diagon was still the more powerful combatant and grabbed Ultimate Way Big before torturing him using continuous laser beams. Diagon made the mistake of throwing Ultimate Way Big back so he was able to get a few more cosmic rays in. Unfortunately Diagon summoned acid rain (which was able to easily dissolve buildings) which finally finished Ultimate Way Big off.

Weaknesses

Ultimate Way Big is weak to acid rain.
